You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe carpet in the corridors and by the lift is tired and could do with replacing and the vending machines by the exit to the pool were not working.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating, there is not a good choice of vegan food options but they made me something up which was lovely. We sat by the pool all day which was lovely. The hotel is in a great location, close to great restaurants and the airport. The room was very clean and comfortable, the bathroom sink however was slow at draining and the tap dripped but neither were really an issue.

The building is old and needs to be "updated". The carpets in the halls (all floors) are damaged and look really bad. The hotel was a "palace" - not anymore. They need to take care of the small details that could make this hotel a wonderful place.

SpainPaid 9€ each extra for breakfast and it was like a cantine. The hot food was all cold even the ones I saw carried in a minute earlier. Prefabricated croissants etc, no youghurts (onlu natural in a bowl). Not proper bacon (totally tasteless as well as cold) in all not worth the money.
Great staff in reception, very hospitable and friendly! Extremely easy to have the car, had to pau for parking which we knew and the underground parking had big spaces. Location great , 30 minute walk to town and 15 by car to Alhambra the next day!
