Due to great location, it was quite loud from the noise outside.

Location was great. A lot of people recommended staying near Sol plaza but the metro station was nearby so it wasn’t hard to get around to places. Also, the property is super clean.

The only thing I can think of was the hot water for showers not lasting too long but once we realised this we just tried to have quicker showers and had to time them for a different point in the day to when the kids were showering.

Great location, close to the metro. Check in was easy and very straightforward. The apartment had all the necessary accommodations and much more. The rooms are a good size with plenty of storage space, comfy beds, and big windows to let the natural light in. The living room is very spacious. The kitchen has all the necessary items to make meals or just a quick coffee. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores within walking distance. Our stay at Sagasta Suites was exceptional and made our visit to Madrid even more enjoyable. Definitely would repeat as a customer. Álvaro was a great host and made us feel at home. Thank you.

A few burnt out light bulbs, a leaking kitchen faucet and dishes in the cupboard that needed washing before use keeps this gorgeous property from being a 10.

There was a Hotel across the street from the apartment and every other nights they would do deliveries around 4-5 o’clock am. The noise was a little bit loud but I should say if your windows were closed you would not have it as much.

The location was excellent and very easy to walk around the popular areas. So many restaurants and shops close by.

The 2nd bedroom didn't have any dressers for the guests so my kids had to live out of their suitcases. The 2nd bathroom was a bit small but at least there's a 2nd bathroom.

We arrived early in Madrid and the Host allowed us to drop off our bags before the actual check in time. I had trouble with the instructions on how to get inside the building so the hosts walked us through over the phone to get in the building. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The building and apartment was very secure and I felt very safe. The host left us a couple of bottles of water and snacks upon our arrival. The host also provided coffee (nespresso) which was a plus. There was plenty of space in the living room to relax and the terrace was a lovely addition to the apartment. I love the big windows that open up and there were plenty of windows. The main bedroom had plenty of closet space and drawers. The area was close to the Chamberi section and there were plenty of restaurants and shops. It's also about a mile walk to Puerto Del Sol area. The area is pretty quiet at night but can get a bit noisy on the weekends.

Everything was absolutely wonderful.

Absolutely gorgeous appartement with beautiful old world details. One of a kind, you will never see something like this again. Our host was amazing, he responded quickly to my questions, provided us with many tips for restaurants, supermarkets, what to see and to do. The appartement itself is the best I have ever stayed. Away from the noise but close to the city centre, you can walk everywhere! Do not search any longer, pick this appartement, it is amazing!

It would have been helpful to have scissors and operating instructions for kitchen appliances. I had to download instructions in english on how to operate the washing machine. We were there for 5 nights on the last 2 the hot water weren't enough for the 4 of us.

The host was helpful and kind. The apartment was clean, big, bads were comfortable, and the kitchen had almost all you needed. Loved that the master bedroom had a separate shower. Close to the metro and dia supermarket.

The apartament is great! Clean, comfortable and with great location - 2 min walk to metro and 10 minutes to city center. The hall, elevator and apartment design is sooo atmospheric! Love it!
