“A cracking penthouse apartment located in a quiet, spacious street in Moraira. Our flight was severely delayed, so we missed our agreed early check-in, but Maaike (the lady with the keys) took it in her stride, and met us much later than we planned and hoped for. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything you could wish for, with all rooms having aircon. The spacious terrace with sea views has three zones, sunbathing, dining and lounging, and the two electric sunshades provide welcome shade when it's hot. We had unknowingly booked our stay during the annual 'Moors & Christians Festival', which provided lots of additional cultural events, which made our holiday extra special. We really enjoyed our stay and will most definitely seek this property when we return.”
“Location for the town. Underground parking was good, I've had much worse. Entry and exit needed care on the ramp which was a bit tight. Air con was good. Facilities were fine for me. It was very clean.”

“Property was immaculate. We had a super stay, and Patricia made everything easy. She communicated with us before our stay and wanted to make sure everything was perfect. She was never intrusive, but you knew if you needed her, she was there. There were nice touches such as wine, beer and treats left for us when we checked in. Also had items such as dishwasher tablets and cleaning products available which was an added bonus.
The balcony with dining furniture was beautiful. Even when it was very sunny this was a lovely cool place in which to eat or relax.
There is also a terrace with loungers where you can sunbathe. Overall, great options to catch the sun!”
