All these things are just lovely but they would not be as enjoyable if the staff were not equally welcoming. And I must say the staff were kind, as warm as the sunshine and always unremittingly helpful. They all took time to get to know us from the first breakfast to our last day and they made the whole experience unforgettable. When we left we felt a tinge of sadness that we would not see them the next day, it seemed we were visiting family rather than just staying at a hotel! We would love to go back and will do so as soon as possible!”
