Location and facilities is great. The appartment has a build in Airconditioning which was very comfortable and the rooms are very spacious.
The outdoor space was very nice and spacious with a retractable sunscreen. The house was clean and has everything you need.
The pool is awesome.
My car was in the private parking underneath the building which was reachable with also a lift.
Restaurants, Chinese shop, Lidl, Aldi, Consum and more for all your groceries. There are two gas pumps stations and a carwash close by.
Wanna catch an ice cream that's about 10min. walk to Heladeria Jijonenca. Further down that same road... BOOM you are at the beach.
