Since we wanted to leave early, at 7 a.m., the host prepared breakfast in the evening, so we could have breakfast as early as we wanted. This was not a simple breakfast, but a complete breakfast with yogurt, cereal, bread, jam, fresh fruit, juice, and coffee and hot milk in a thermos: a great way to start a long cycling day!”
