Open Thursday-Sunday only) which sources much of their ingredients locally and which is operated by the hotel's friendly and welcoming staff. For the stargazers among you, bring your own blanket and pillow and lie below the stars at the nearby helipad, only a few minutes walk way. The view of the night sky is frankly quite stunning from here. The morning after, the breakfast is well worth having - make sure you ask for it the day before though- it's by request only!”
