Thank goodness there was a Very Helpful and Pleasant chap (night porter perhaps ??) there to assist as the machine had us guessing at times even though you can select your language of choice. We took the lift (elevator) to the 2nd floor which is appreciated after a long drive. Room was in excellent order and we had a very good nights rest. Bathroom was lovely and clean with enough bathroom supplys and lots of hot water for the large shower.”
