This is my first time as a guest at the Windsor Palace Hotel and of course it will not be the last. The good reception and attention that I saw from the first moment I entered the hotel is a wonderful thing. The ladies working in the reception Mayar, Ishrakat, and Christine are dedicated to serving you in a very loving manner and with a wide smile that does not leave their faces.As for the restaurant staff, they are all loving and dedicated to serving you in a wonderful way, all of them, and I do not want to forget anyone, but among them are Ahmed Selim,Cristiano, Marina, Ahmed Karim, and Moamen. All of them. As for the housekeeping, including Randa, they work with dedication to satisfy the guest. In conclusion, it is a wonderful hotel that deserves appreciation, under the management of a more than respectable man, Mr. Mahmoud Abdel Aziz. Thank you, Windsor Palace

It’s noisy but nothing can be done since it is on the corniche

It’s clean people are friendly. The restaurant has a panoramic view on the oriental port and sunset is amazing.The food is good by g portions but the pizza is OUTSTANDING I think it is the best in Alexandria. The hall in front of the reception is all magnificent painted ceiling with old authentic rugs and oil paintings .

Location is great, Bathrooms renovated, easy access to parking slots by hotel personnel. Roof restaurant has great view and lovely food with varieties in breakfast. Christine from Reception was really helpful.

The staff was exceptional. A special mention must be made to Nesma. She was wonderful and extremely accommodating, a lovely character. Her professionalism must also be commended. Christina was also great and helped accommodate all requests and helped us with any issues. Nadine was also very welcoming at the reception. The hotel is a stunning piece of history that overlooks spectacular views. Breakfast was really good. Absolutely recommend.

▪︎The outside of the building is in desperate need of a "face lift". ▪︎Some of the less senior staff, though helpful and polite, lack professionalism. ▪︎A bit noisy location to our liking, but not a big deal.

I liked everything. The atmosphere, the food, and all the staff from the door to reception to the room to the restaurant. All the staff is excellent, especially Christina, the guest relations manager. She is very pleasant and helpful. Great experience

Lack of Black out curtain. Strong light was a problem for me. I couldn't sleep. Also noise level from busy street is an issue. Hence room on last floor was best option.
