The hotel is very well maintained and the location is very nice with full panoramic view on the mideterenean. The restraunt on top Blue Har bor has a nice setting with light music and good food. Staff is very friendly specially Mrs. Mayar who was very helpful and professional.

We had great weekend in Alexandria while staying at this hotel. I highly recommend the room with direct sea view. We nearly wanted to spent the weekend with sitting in balcony and looking to the view. Hotel’s location is good, on the very heart of Alexandria. We could go to most places by walking. Staff was really nice. Hotel’s atmosphere is also. Breakfast was quitely enough with Mediteranian view.

Everything was great

We had the most wonderful stay in the Windsor hotel. From our arrival, the staff were super friendly and very attentive to all the details. The room was beautiful and super clean and overlooked the sea. A really beautiful view. Special thanks to Miss Cristina for making our stay extra special and for her fantastic guest relation skills, she made us feel extremely welcome - thank you so much . We will be back again soon !

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean and comfortable. The rooftop view was incredible. Special thanks to Mayar who was extremely helpful during the booking process and always had a lovely smile on her face while helping.

The location of the hotel, the room, welcoming, the breakfast and the dinner in the roof restaurant, the hotel staff especially Christina (with her lovely attitude and helpfulness) everything was amazing. You were like experiencing the history during your stay. I hope one day i will have the same experience again.

This was my second time to stay in the Windsor Palace Luxury Heritage Hotel. It's a large old style hotel with a lot of character located the Corniche on the seafront in Alexandria. The location was perfect. The balcony in our fourth floor room looked out over the harbour and the Mediterranean Sea. Everywhere we wanted to see in the city was just walking distance away. The facilities in the room, which was spotlessly clean, were excellent, with Wi Fi and a kettle and tea making bits. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Christina who was the customer service lady and really helpful. She even arranged for chairs and a coffee table to be placed on the balcony. The breakfast was very good, with handmade omelettes, and was substantial, setting us up for the day. All in all, an excellent hotel and an excellent experience.

old facilities , a lot of items and decorations and facilities need renovation and status upgrade to be more enjoyable , plus the fact that there is no pool or private beach to the hotel and the fact that we have to go all the way to Mamoura to secure a private beach entrance is little bit tiring although we enjoyed it

This is my first time as a guest at the Windsor Palace Hotel and of course it will not be the last. The good reception and attention that I saw from the first moment I entered the hotel is a wonderful thing. The ladies working in the reception Mayar, Ishrakat, and Christine are dedicated to serving you in a very loving manner and with a wide smile that does not leave their faces.As for the restaurant staff, they are all loving and dedicated to serving you in a wonderful way, all of them, and I do not want to forget anyone, but among them are Ahmed Selim,Cristiano, Marina, Ahmed Karim, and Moamen. All of them. As for the housekeeping, including Randa, they work with dedication to satisfy the guest. In conclusion, it is a wonderful hotel that deserves appreciation, under the management of a more than respectable man, Mr. Mahmoud Abdel Aziz. Thank you, Windsor Palace
