Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The property had everything you need, from excellent customer service to good food, clean rooms and an excellent pool. Great location in the heart of naama bay with shops, cafes and restaurants. And to top off our holiday, Albert who was working at the acqua pool during the day made our stay 15x better with how incredible his customer service was. Genuinely went above and beyond and deserves great recognition. Muhammad from front desk also deserves a shoutout, made us feel very welcomed.

The food was great and varied each night. The beach was close by and lovely. I highly recommend this hotel of you want good value for money while being in the heart of naaama bay.

We stayed 2 families for 5 nights. The room was big and nice with balcony. Pools are heated. The location of the hotel was in the centre. The hotel had a private beach and it was perfect. The staff is great. Especially the tour guide Mohammed many thanks to him. The hotel manager is a great person. The driver and tour owner who helped us to get to and from Cairo.
