The pool has no shade from the sun . Very few sunbeds under shade . There was a separate nar that was swim up but no cover from the blazing sun

Mr. Ahmed Mousa, I am pretty good able to write reviews by myself. The fact that you used my booking.com pin to write the review on your own makes me very angry, especially because we talked about this when we checked out. This is kind of an identity theft and I do not appreciate this at all. I promised you to write a review, there is absolutely no reason to take this out of my hands, even though it's illegal to do so. Once I received your apologies I am willing to remove this remark. For now, I am just very upset about this and had to let you know that this is absolutely not okay.

We've been to Tivoli Hotel several times during the last years. For us the most important reason to book is the friendly staff, the fair price, and the hotel is very close to our dive centre (Circle Divers) and our kids love the pool and the slides. The rooms are big enough for a family of 4, the hotel is clean and if something does not meet your standard the staff will try to fix immediately.

Maybe they could have poured the beer into a bigger glass and not only during lunch or dinner, and the taste could have been more bitter than what we would expect from a beer. The cocktails could have been measured a little more generously, but maybe with the many types of food, the price didn't fit into the price anymore. All in all, though, it was very good.

Very good accommodation in Sharm. Cozy place, we had a great time. A variety of delicious meals in the morning, noon and evening. With the beer which, moreover, mostly tasted sweet, and they saved a lot with alcoholic drinks, but despite this, we are completely satisfied with the services provided by the hotel, especially the kindness of the staff. Clean sheets and towels every day, without asking or expecting, plenty of food, maybe sometimes already wasted. The very delicious cakes and the fruit bowl in the room deserve a special mention. Congratulations on the kind hospitality.

Receptionist stole my reservation pin and gave exceptional review before I notice and update the review. Dinner was not tasty and lack of variety. almost the same limited options were presented every day. Pool towel smells bad when used it.

Overall good experience and value for money as a 4 stars hotel, I booked half board but I recommend B&B for next reservation. Room was good same as the picture. Our room was ready and clean when we arrived. House keeping also clean it everyday during our stay. Animation team was active and friendly. There was a small party every evening.

Adam who ran the shops on site, very helpful and informative, more so than reception. Ahmed the towel man he was so cheerful and helpful and took pride in his work an absolute delight. entertainment man tried very hard. manager in the restaurant very helpful.

The hotel is well located, has a bus to the beach, and a very nice restaurant. Breakfast is well served. The rooms are old but comfortable. I also recommend the massage service. Great value for money. The reception staff are friendly, especially Mohamed.

The Palma beach is far and the bus will bring you there, but!..this beach is not appropriate for kids! On my opinion only for adult snorkleling. The waves near the reef are always too strong. And the sea shore is not with a sand, there are corals and water is not deep , it's imposible to swim. There is only playing on the sand for kids is good. Choose another beaches for your kids swimming. The main problem was a night club on the territory of the hotel - Shooters Bar! The music goes on every night! From 10 pm till 3 or 5 am!!! And if you live in rooms near the main swiming pool, you can definetely hear it and you can't sleep good. So the management doesn't think about their hotel guests at night, they think about their guests who spend money at the night club. Just this was very frastrating and receptiopn couldn't help me with this (even ask the club managment to make sound a bit lower after midnight)

Reception staff is very good and the restaurant staff as well. Good big swimming-pool and jacuzi pool. I liked the room very much. There are two areas in the room - sleeping area with beds and living area with a sofa and TV. There is asmall kitchen as well. I like the wood design of the hotel rooms and the hotel in the whole. Food is not so changebale day by day, comparing with 5 star hotels of course it is a bit poor but you will be not hungry. I wish the hotel management to add cearils for kids, frech fries and falafel in the morning; not to use dry milk for coffee. Change cheese and sausage menu for better quality. More soups at lunch time and more meat courses at dinner time.

The animation team is more than wonderful and not insistent. The restaurant team is very cooperative and professional, and the food has a special flavor and is abundant. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere.The building is old and not mentained. The shower head was not descaled and the water was spraying in all the bathroom because of that. I arrived late in the evening and had to go and buy showergel. In the bathroom there was only a small hotel solid soap which was already used. The toilet paper was also wet...then dried. Probably because of the shower... The fridge had a 15 cm ice layer and did not cool at all. There was no cutlery or glasses..plates...kettle or cups...as advertised on booking.com. The manager came by and we talked about this. He tried to remediate some of the problems. The fridge was cleaned and started to get cold . I received a kettle and tea and sugar but no cups so i did not use it anyway. The food... both good and bad. I would not recomand it . They reuse thw singleuse plastic cups and there are not washed well. The vegetables are mixed old with fresh...do not recomand them or the salads. The restaurant is dark and there are a lot of insects. A part of the buffet is covered with a plastic protection which makes it hard for you to serve yourself but sometimes there are waiters there to help. The gym was closed. There was no info when is open. No infos about the spa program, the services and rhe prices. The worst of all was the coffee. There is no expresso machine in use and no possibility to drink a real coffee. A cappuccino is advertised at the pool bar but they served instant coffee. There is no caffe nearby either so if you can not leave without a good and strong coffee...you will have to take a taxi and go to Old Market or Naama Bay. The most disturbing thing of all is that someonelse used my booking number to put a fake review in my name where everything was great. It was not... I can not honestly recomand the hotel due to the lack of hygiene... there are no standards at all...i have stayed in hostels or b&b where it was way higher standards. This is no 4 star.

The stuff was very kind and helpfull. The swimmingpools were big and clean, there was good music and evening enyertainment. There were a tennis board at the hotel and a few small shops. On the other side of the road there are also 2 shops. Some of the food was fresh and tasty...the onlet...the meat dishes
