Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Very central (walking distance from train station 10 min, 1 min to market, 3 min to luxor temple, 15 min from karnac temple all walking). Taxis right outside of the hotel to negotiate wherever you want to go. Safe and good value for money. We stayed one additional night for the same price.

United Kingdomnoise was coming because there is a market next to the hotel and open till very late and all the noise comes in the room difficult to sleep. The breakfast stuff was very rude didn’t even bother to service us making faces on us. was an expecting that refuse to give me his name also so I cannot mention his name in the review.
amazing value of money you can’t go wrong with that view is amazing specially sunrise you can see the air balloon from the rooftop. Also you can see the Nile view market is next to hotel if u like to do some shopping

VietnamThere are many taxis and horse carriage services in front of the hotel. You will be quite bothered when walking back or just moving out of the hotel to go somewhere. The room does not have any basic hotel services such as drinking water (must buy it yourself), no water heater or hair dryer. You have to tip the staff even though the most basic services are free in all hotels.
The hotel has a great location - right across from the Luxor temple gate and you can walk to nearby dining areas. There are also currency exchange and other services for tourists right next door. The room is quite small and basic for 2 guests

The hotel was very comfortable and above a market. The AC was perfect and the shower had great water pressure, it took awhile to heat up but it worked really well. Staff was very friendly and helped us organize tours + activities. The laundry services were very helpful.

Great location in the centre of Luxor. Walking distance to the Nile, Karnak Temple, restaurants, restaurants old town markets, cafes and McDonalds. Strong AC in the room, hot shower and comfortable bed. Breakfast is passable. Rooftop restaurant and swimming pool is ok. Good terrace to see the ballon flights early in the morning whilst having breakfast. Good for 2/3 nights stay.

ArgentinaThe hotel surroundings are not really safe, once you put a foot on the street they will come to harass you, don´t mind them and be nice.
Breakfast was good enough, the staff was nice but at sometimes made you feel a little bit uncomfortable, the surroundings of the Hotel are not safe, swimming pool is good, the view from the rooftop is amazing, you can see the nile and the temple, I would recommend staying for two nights, enough to see the temples and don´t miss the air balloon ride, but bought those through booking, not in Luxor or the hotel.
