The hotel is awesome. Mr. M. Moawad and all the hotel stuff were very professional, helpful, and friendly. The place was very clean, food has lots of variety and lots of activities for kids. I definitely recommend the hotel and I'll looking forward to visiting it again.

Really good hotel. Very clean, the staff was really polite and helpful; when I arrived they gave me some juice, a towel, everything was nice. Also the staff of animation was funny, Dasha encourages you to take part of the activities!

Few staffs looks so exhausted and unwilling to help. Food at buffet is tasteless and almost same every day.

Some staffs were really kind. Even the resort is old , it is kinda well maintained. Wifi is good , even to work or watch YouTube

Excellent place, great service. Amazing atmosphere and views. Great entertainment and selection of food, our favourite was the Italian place. Special shout out to Badea for the warm welcome and great humour from the time we entered till the time we left. We thoroughly enjoyed it and hopefully will be back soon.

There is nothing I would change! I loved every aspect of this hotel and my stay here!

I have travelled a lot, and this hotel was truly the most spectacular I’ve stayed in! The location is absolutely amazing! The layout is truly beautiful and very well thought out! The hotel is spotless, I really did feel like I had walked into an Egyptian Palace! I wasn’t greeted with refreshments, warm towels and the manger also came to welcome us! I stayed in the posh club, which was the most incredible experience! We were picked up by our private gold buggie service and taken to our exclusive private area where we were greeted by our personal butler Tarkek Wardy who was superb! Kind, welcoming, extremely helpful. So graduate to him making us feel right at home! The whole posh club team was marvellous. Patricia was so sweet and bubbly, Nour was so funny, quick and helpful. Youssef with his amazing cocktails. Our life guard Moaman was super funny and helpful! And of course our very lovely Hossam in housekeeping, who surprised us every day with towel animals he made, he always left our room fully stocked and spotless. The whole posh club team were incredible! Kind! Extremely hard working, a truly wonderful team! I can wait to come back here again! This is the first holiday I’ve been on when I actually don’t want to leave! Special thanks to you all! Tarek Wardy, Nour, Patricia, Youssef! Thank you!

We came here for vacation with my friends and had a really great time, all the staffs were so kind and thoughtful. The facilities and events were enjoyable, foods were okay, beach and swimming pool were also so nice. I would really recommend to others. The hotel is excellent. The executive suits beyond my expectations, and I truly enjoyed how it combined luxurious and classical Arabian architecture. The butler service was excellent, and the man who assisted me goes by the name of "nour el din." He is incredibly patient and very helpful. The food is delicious and amazing. Overall, I had a great time during my stay. Sunrise Arabian Resort, thank you.

Not a complaint or a moan but there was only one bar open in the evening and was always really difficult to get a drink .

Hotel is amazing , the staff were amazing so kind , friendly and welcoming ! There was a good range of foods , including a la cartes which we enjoyed ! And we really enjoyed the games in the pool during the day time.

not all the restaurants were open all the time, just make sure you get all your booking in early. the beach sea area isn't sandy, the bit you can access from the beach is rocky and small (perfect for the seeing fishes) and you can access the sea via the pier but only if you are a strong swimmer as it goes straight to the deep water.

The staff all across the resort were great and very attentive. Especially Omar at Nora restaurant who was absolutely fantastic to us throughout our entire stay. We also had a lovely dinner at Mahnoor restaurant where the chefs, who you are able to see in action, made excellent food for us. Ebrahim, another chef at Nora restaurant, and Hassan at the relaxing pool were also fantastic. We also received wonderful massages from Taqwa and Eman.
