Simply Perfection. Mr Mohamed front office manager. Only his aims to help you . Omar ,wagieh from restaurant were very helpful with a Smiles Asraa with her welcoming smile at the main restaurant .everyone really keen to help and make your vacation more comfortable. Amgad from the main pool bar will bring to you whatever you asked for with a smile. Fawzy who is helping in very good way at the pool with beds and towels. Really thanks everyone for the great stay .sure will come back again.

Highly recommended! Food, service - excellent. Hard working Staff, always friendly, smiling and helpful. Room, cleaning excellent, comfortable beds. Busdriver Abdelrahman, always smiling greeting everyone on his round from reception to the sea. If you want to try massage, the spa - sooo good! Big thanks to Hager, Eman, Josefine and all the rest. We visited many hotels, and for us - this was absolutely worth the money⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Animation activities are poor. The facility club is so bad. I recommend even to play same morning music in the disco for enhanced customer experience.

Kids sitting is the best. Stuff are amazing. Food is amazing. Everyone is caring. Sea is amazing. Pool. Room clean. Everyone is helpful

Actions speak louder than words 🌹 Firstly, we would like to thank our dearest Hani the night manager at the hotel for his warm welcome and accompaniment and for being surprised us all our stay . Wish you more health, bliss and peacefulness. As well all the staff at the hotel were very kind and lovable)(reception- housekeeping-room service) . The location is breathtaking , a cleanliness is at a high level and the food in all restaurants so delicious and tasty .we had a pleasant stay at Sunrise Arabian Beach Resort and we will definitely return. A lot of steps in the resort but the bus every 5-10 mins made this a non issue.

Helpful, friendly staff. The team at reception very obliging. The adults only swim up room was spacious and perfectly located. Good buffet food but can get a bit chaotic at peak times.

We asked for a room with three separate beds and the manager told us it would be ready before our arrival but after we arrived we saw that there was only one king size bed in the room. So we had to ask for another bed and they carried a bed to the bathroom. Plus, everything in the room was arranged for two people (the towels, the slippers, etc) although we were three. The hotel was way too crowded and the open buffet restaurant didn’t seem clean enough to me.

The staff was really nice and helpful. Everyone working in the hotel was so friendly. The activities and the dance shows held in the evening were perfect. The beach is perfect and the hotel has the best view overall.

Best hotel in sharm el sheikh I think this is the 15th time at this hotel, and every time I am there I am amazed anew how luxurious and good this hotel is and gives me another reason to return to it again. And this time I also have to tell about the help that i get from mr jamal the assistant reception manager, he gave me the best service I could ever get
