There is no animation , buffet was rich but taste is avarage. So less alternative for all included . When you book a taxi you need to walk front gate or need to wait golf car to go main gate.

The best sea I've ever swim , you can also enjoy underwater beauty. Calm and silence hotel. Very clean and tidy. There is a free transportation to Naama Bay

We would love to see more diversity in food, especially concerning "a la carte" items. We chose not to take the "all-inclusive" option to have the opportunity to taste a wider variety of meals. Although there are several restaurants on the hotel's territory, many of the food items are quite similar.

The hotel is fantastic! The surrounding area provides excellent opportunities for walks, both during the day and at night. The staff was exceptional, always punctual and professional. The diving experiences offered at the hotel exceeded all expectations.

The elevator is a bit slow

Since 4 years I’ve been visiting this resort once a year and it never failed me, it’s exceptionally good. I love the beach the vibes. The staff is super friendly. I had the best 5 nights ever, highly recommend the all inclusive as the food is amazing

- I think that they need to add more staff on the reception, because whenever i am trying to call them on the phone. it took them a long time to answer the phone - Room services is a little bit slow in response, I have asked twice a bucket full of ice and it took them half an hour to bring it to me although my request was in the late night -

- In terms of the food, it was completely oriental, and so many varieties and selections. ( We have the breakfast package) - In terms of the SPA and Massage services, I strongly recommend to experience their professional services specially with the Massage therapist Ms. Yara. In Terms of the Hospitality and welcoming, I really liked the way they treat the guests in the hotel. - Using the swimming pool was so awesome

I love holidays in Sharm El Sheikh. This was my first time in this hotel. I was satisfied with my vacation. I would like to separately highlight several people from the staff. This is the main chef of the restaurant, Mr. Ibrahim. all dishes were tasty and varied. the waiter of the main restaurant, Mr. David. This is a waiter of a new level, discreet and intelligent. The reception staff namely Mr. Salah and Mr. Fahmy. They provided me with invaluable help right away.

Loved everything about the hotel. Wonderful staff, gorgeous grounds, amazing pools, great reef directly in front of the hotel for snorkeling or diving (The onsite diveshop "Desert Rose" is excellant), We tried every restaurant and the food was good to great.
