The value is less than the money, why should I pay more than 4,000 LE per night while the direct booking in the hotel is 1800 LE. The view of the room was not good and you may not be able to open the window.

The location is perfect, neat and organized people, also I liked that it has a nice gym.

The view out of our room was to the city and there was tons of trash in that street. It would’ve have been great if the hotel would manage that area and work with the city to not allow the vendors to trash it because it immediately reduces the quality impression, although the hotel itself, as well as the other side street of the hotel, were very nice and elegant. It was disappointing to see. The bathroom had a bad smell on the first day, although it looked clean. It seemed to come from the toilet pipe maybe. It eventually went away but it was unpleasant that first day. The entrance carpet on our floor to the elevator had a bad trash smell, like something spilled and they couldn’t get it out of the carpet. We smelled it every time we stepped out of the elevator, just in that area. The breakfast buffet was good, but the orange juice was horrible. Not many drink options at breakfast and they constantly ran out of plates. The staff were polite but looked stressed. They were focused on getting their job done hurriedly, but forgot to smile at customers every once in a while. Not rude at all, but when on vacation, it would be nice to meet people who make you feel welcome, not just like a job to be completed, even if they are professional. Smiling doesn’t cost much :)

Very convenient location. Rooms were big and clean for the most part. We ordered room service for lunch a burger and it tasted good and was reasonably priced. The hotel, despite weddings happening, was quiet allowing us to rest when it was time to sleep.

There is no pool , and the cellphone signalnis too bad and finally wifi is activated through vouchers which i had to get new ones from the reception once they expired

From 3-5PM the power was shut off in the room due to government restriction. The internet service there is somewhat suspect.

Good location. Room was spacious. In fact, everything about the hotel was spacious. Loved the carpeted hallways. Staff was very attentive. The guest service relations desk was particularly helpful.

The kettle in the room had a burnt smell. I stayed for one night but if I was staying longer I would have requested another one.

Staff was really nice and welcoming. They answered all my queries. They provided directions and short cut routes which saved me time with my trip.

The room was clean but smelly when we came, and the sink was blocked. The bathroom was not that nice but toiletries, towels etc were provided.

WiFi password expired daily so we had to get a new one.

The food items at breakfast were only labelled in Arabic. Labelling in other languages for non-Arabic speakers, including English Language, would have been more inclusive. The room's lighting could be a bit brighter, and the windows could have been better soundproofed to reduce the noise level.

The breakfast was fantastic and had lots of variety. The location was perfect for my visit to the University of Alexandria.

The breakfast was not particularly good. The bread was not fresh. The breakfast could be better, but I did notice that we were the only ones at breakfast, so maybe they did not want to put out a full buffet for just a few people.

This hotel is beautiful, everything looks brand new, the room was extremely spacious, the staff was very helpful, location is great. It was especially wonderful given that we were originally booked into the Misr Hotel next door, which is horrible.

We stayed at this hotel for 1 week during the month of Ramadan. The hotel was not that busy at this time of the year. Despite this, the hotel is situated in a brilliant location very close to the metro, shopping area, food, restaurants and the beach. We booked half board and the evening meal was tasty and staff were always trying their best to make our stay comfortable. One particular staff member who went above and beyond her job was Miss Reem. She is an asset to this hotel and spoke English, which helped us gather all the information we needed to be able to explore Alexandria (such as the here to buy tickets for metro, best places to visit, best places to eat etc). Thank you Miss Reem.

Wifi is limited and slow. In Alexandria internet is an issue. You dont have long time while using the hot water. Has a nice terrace, but its cafe is not good.
