Pool restaurant played very loud music at 3:00 am in the 2 nights i stayed even after i asked them to lower the volume.

The apartment is not clean... the furniture is very bad.... there's no private pool for the room as mentioned... And we can't use the hotel's pool or the dolphin pool because they are special for the owners... there are two small pools to use .. Note: each apartment has just one key (card) to use for lift and doors...so if you are many persons you should go out together and back together 😏

not acceptable to take one access key and the receptionist refused to provide us another one so the family 6 person not able to move except together because the key in must to enter the pool or the elevator

The cleanliness of the swimming pool, unfortunately, UT needs more supervision, and staff supervising the instructions inside the pool should have more control to prevent eating in pool and swimming with shirts and normal clothes this is really disgusting

the apartment wasn’t clean at all, the pool is very cold, there is only one access card for the whole family, the check out was very bad and not well organized. we ordered a car to pick up our luggage, it came after one hour, we had to wait for a long time under the sun with kids “worst thing about vacation” we became very exhausted before traveling.

Reception desk access is through the parking area,and you should pay 25 l.e. for it. Check in only takes 10 min. or less,so you pay parking fees for nothing. Alternavily you can park outside and walk to the desk, your companions will stay in hot weather inside your car. Parking garage during your stay is too far from the property building... It is exhausting to walk out of garage till you reach your property,you pay 75 l.e. per day for parking though. Beach is not comfortable, but clean. Property maintenance is poor, light bulbs need replacements.... Reception desk is comfy ,and receptionist is friendly nd helpful. No information about present facilities near area.(telefrique,sport pitches,...)

Reception desk is comfy ,and receptionist is friendly and helpful. Very good sight view from balcony. Clean pools and beach. Snorkling is amazing. Clean towels and bed sheets. Satisfying property cleanliness, but not so clean,because of poor maintenance and old furniture.

Apartment (old & the view was the pool, it was not good, air conditioning, bed were broken down) stairs everywhere, the beach was overcrowded & no place to sit on a chair, the market is so expensive and and the road is not ready for pedestrian and a lot of goods were not available (like eggs!), the main pool is not open for renters, all pools were dirty with bags and turbidity, I was trying to cancel one night before I arrive for an emergency but they refused (supervisor promised will reply to me by phone in the morning which did not happen, more than that I tried to call him many times on his mobile, he did not answer, no place to drop off the luggage in front of the gate and no body to help and a lot of negatives but that's what I remember for now .

The view and the apartment space were amazing

-Worst facilities ever ... -AC water leakage. -All windows curtains are damaged. -1 out 3 Elevators usually malfunction .. it takes 15 mins just to up or down. - all the apartment view is restricted area for renter , no pools access except two at the extreme sides , beach access is limited. - renting office is far away from the facility! Conclusion I will never rent again !

The main pool was under maintenance without any notice specifically that was the room view, the replacement pool was very far from the room.
