The only comment is the front desk: We arrived at 12:30 pm the time guests were checking out.. the front desk manager was trying his best to serve them alone with one assistant. It took us two hours to check in. My advice is to provide support to front desk in rush hours

The breakfast was very good in terms of quality and variety. As far as the location.. it’s centered in the middle of the city in front of the sea shore

There is a hygiene problem. Sheets are not changed unless I comment and insist to change them as the housekeeper always says I still haven’t got the fresh laundered sheets although she always came to my room after 12 p.m Waiters handled knives and forks carelessly at breakfast Whenever I drank tea or coffee I have diarrhea Amount of water bottles given per day are only two small bottles for two guests which is not enough for a day especially in relation to the value I paid There was a smell of smoke most of the time in the room and it was very irritating The receptionist when I arrived first day was rude , I was paying by credit card he did something wrong with the machine so it declined, instead of saying it declined when it was his fault actually he said,” It seems that you finished your credit card limit!” I said that’s impossible I am sure he repeated what he said then I asked him to do the process again maybe he did something wrong and voila it worked !!! I felt offended by his assumption and attitude. Other receptionists were professional and very friendly, unfortunately I didn’t catch the name of the rude one..

The restaurant's food variety was not good .. The hotel is old and needs renovation .. The rooms need renovation .. This hotel is actually 2 to 3 stars .. It will be 4 stars well deserved if they renovate it ..

Its quite old and i expected better for the price, room is quite small, also they don’t allow food from outside which is inconvenient as i wanted to order from a different restaurant but i am limited either to theirs or to go out.

It had a great view of the sea from our 10th floor room. Helpful staff especially Madonna at the reception was great. Place was clean too, and as i said, view was great. Also good accessibility to most places. Walking distance from a mall, and quite a few cafes and restaurants

Poor wifi connection

The location is good 👍 and the staff were very helpful and especially Mr. Ahmad at the reception desk. Good breakfast. Nice view from the balcony . A good budget spot for vacation.

Overall I found the cleanliness of the room to be poor. The bathroom was out dated and tired. The towels were grey and almost threadbare. The cleaning staff removed most of my towels and for days I was only left with one towel. The bed was one of the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on. Even on the 12th floor the noise from the streets kept me awake at night.

Good location with nice view over the beach. Room was a fair size. Staff were kind enough to allocate me a room on a higher floor at check in.
