United KingdomBathroom needs updating , photos on site showed nice walk in Showers , my room did not have this and the bath was tiny I never had warm shower water always cold. Breakfast geared to Eastern Europeans , in fact all food was ! Great choices but few in enjoyed ! As all inclusive staff were at times over run as they had to pour such small measures , bigger glasses means less visits to the bar and more relaxed everyone . Only beer on offer was Sakara which after a few was not the most pleasant
Very comfortable room. All the staff I met were wonderful and very friendly and helpful. Made a special effort to give me a room on the ground floor with not so much walking ! Nice big pool ( a tad chilly) Reviews before I arrived complained about cleanliness , this has obviously been addressed , as cleaners were constantly out keeping The place tidy.

SwedenThe hotel in general does not deserve 5 stars because it is only 3 stars. The price is very high and exaggerated compared to the expected service. The bathrooms in the rooms are very bad. The refrigerator is very small and does not work, and it lacks a lot of international five-star service. I felt that the amount was only due for 3 or 2 stars, not five stars as I expected.
The reception is wonderful and the staff are very very nice and helpful, always smiling and well-mannered. The swimming pool is also clean and spacious

EgyptRestaurants and food and restaurants services was very bad, not clean, food types are very limited and not delicious, almost no cleaning services in the restaurants, big shortage in restaurants Team had great impact on service quality Hotel/room facilities need more maintenance Need to wait for a shuttle bus to go to Aqua park and beach Hotel management MUST increase the staff and enforce the cleaning and quality, especially for such high season Hotel accept guests from travel companies with much lower prices than Booking.com, so guests quality and behaviors is much lower than Booking guests, impacting the quality massively
Staff people were polite and helpful, specially Receiption team (especially Mr.Ahmed Naguib), he helped us a lot, facilitate everything quickly, with a continuous smile despite of crowded Receiption’s and guests requests. Aqua park was very nice, my kids enjoyed it. Room was big and comfortable, bed/bellows are amazing. Room view was great, on the main swimming pool.

The Availability for 2 nights and the price was very good. The food in the buffet was excellent and the staff members were excellent. Reception staff excellent for check in and any queries needed during the stay. Use of gym. Bed was super comfy!

United KingdomThe only thing I would say on a negative note is that the lack of guests made the hotel feel empty and desserted. I would suggest that it would have been better to temporarily close this hotel and move the guests to the waterpark or beach. This would not only improve customer experience it would generate more profit for the group and eliminate a lot of waste.
We have stayed in numerous hotels in Sharm over the years and generally select 5 star all inclusive. This hotel is similar to others in the same class/category and although it lacks some of the benefits of similar hotels. The layout and cleanliness of the hotel was as expected, the room was of decent quality and the staff were well mannered and friendly. The staff on reception in particular were we very helpful and went above and beyond what was necessary when I had a problem with the ATM machine. They arranged for a private car to take me to the bank and the driver translated my problem to the bank staff and waited with me until my issue was resolved. The on site shop had all the basic requirements and was very reasonably prices compared to supermarkets in other hotels. The food was not fantastic but was good and when you consider what you pay between room only and all inclusive it was very good value. There were not many guests in the hotel at the time of our visit so when you consider the amount and variety of food available and factor in staff wages etc it is a wonder that they can produce the variety and quality which was on offer. The location was not brilliant but there was a free shuttle bus taking guests to the 2 sister hotels at the beach and waterpark where we were free to use all their facilities. All in all a pleasant stay, no complaints and very good value for money, we would stay there again.
