Only the location as I had to travel back and forward to the city by Uber.

The staff are super friendly! Ahmed kindly gave me breakfast with my booking and allowed me to stay as a late checkout on my departure. The place really has thought about everything. The food was also very good.

The resort is showing its age a little. I understand new owners have begun an improvement and refurbishment program, so I'm sure these small aspects will soon be addressed. Any issue we had was dealt with immediately. While the resort has everything you need, its location is somewhat isolated and there is no possibility of finding any grocery stores or local restaurants to add variety through a stay. This also means that to explore, transport is required and the hotel's limousine service seemed somewhat expensive, certainly compared to Uber (which we found responsive, comfortable and very well priced).

A lovely hotel with fabulous service and good facilities. We experienced exceptional staff for our entire stay. At the front desk Mohamed Abu Trika was always friendly and helpful, assisting and solving any issues or questions we had. Night desk Mohammad was also a wonderful help and at breakfast in the restaurant, nothing was too much trouble for Khaled. We were spoilt!

The rooms are quite old, but they were clean, just needs a bit renovation.

I really like the staff, they kept us comfortable at all times, I really also like the breakfast and I recommend it for anyone, also the gardens are beautiful.

The hotel is at a reasonable distance from the sites but keep in mind that you need a taxi or Uber to get there.

After a rough start (room not to our liking and a few other issues), Aleh the guest relations manager was really helpful and found us a perfect room. We were exhausted after a long trip and she really went the extra mile to accommodate us. Bravo and thank you!

Probably the best resort in Cairo. Everything was perfect , from the food , to the facility to the kindness of the staff. My girlfriend had her birthday during our stay there and they went out their way to prepare a cake with candles for her and drink on the house and flowers in the morning. That service itself makes this place priceseless.

Food by menu isn’t good. We ordered few different dishes - they varied from “not bad” to “awful” but nothing was really good. Pizza was one of worst in my life. Also hotel needs renovation.
