The hotel is a bit far of everything. The taxi service suggested by the hotel was too expensive compared to Uber or even booking. No restaurant in the surrounding, except the one at the hotel

The room was perfect for our family (3 people) with 2 beds. The garden and the plants are very beautiful. The swimming pool was clean and big enough.

There is not much I could tell. The hotel is in Gizeh area, so by car it is about 20 to 30 minutes away from the center of Cairo - you should be aware of it. For us it was worth.

My wife and I enjoyed a lovely stay with our 1.5-year-old daughter in a standard room with half board in July 2024. The hotel has a great, well-maintained garden which makes it to a peaceful oasis. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. One thing I want to mention: When we needed some items from the farmacy for our little one, the hotel staff went out and got it for us within a short time for a reasonable price. We consider the hotel family friendly. The hotel is very close to the great egyption museum and the pyramids. The hotel also offers a great range of facilities including a kids' playground, gym, pool, restaurant, and bar. I enjoyed the gym and pool, and the restaurant served delicious food with excellent service. The breakfast was outstanding. We and our child loved the hotel.

We were fully satisfied: professional and very helpful staff and cosy restaurant offering plentiful breakfasts and nice dinners. We appreciated the separation of the pool/bar area from the accomodation parts - situating the rooms amid the blossoming gardens was a perfect idea (our room was in the two store building by the side of the premises - silent, with beautiful view). The room and bathroom were cosy and clean with everything we needed. Located near GEM and the Giza pyramids and suitable mostly for guest travelling by a car or taxi.

Not much really but providing parking with an extra charge was weird for me specially with JAZ as I have been to many of their other hotels in Hurghada and it was always free; anyway thankfully the hotel management cancelled the extra fees at the end.

Nice place with a different style, good choice if you are looking forward to visiting the pyramids and the grand Egyptian museum as it's only 15 minutes driving or less based on traffic. It was just a one night stay and I didn't get the chance to try the restaurant. Loved the bungalows' style as it gives a different mood and easy access in and out. The staff are so friendly and the receptionist was cooperative and professional.

I personally feel bit uncomfortable when the number of staff is too much although very helpful and kind. The same for cameras which istalled in every corner. Why?

The environment are quite friendly and warm. The staff were very helpful and really kind to us. Live music program and Shisha are very nice here. The green area in this hotel is exceptional in all Cairo I would say. We enjoyed really.
