The noise of cars may interfere

Very beautiful, very clean and very spacious apartment. Beautiful view from the window. The noise of cars from the road is slightly audible, for those who are very light sleepers this may be a problem (we did not hear anything at night, and it was difficult for our friends to fall asleep because of the noise). We were allowed to leave our belongings on the 1st floor under supervision while we walked around Alexandria. I recommend.

There is a main road which can be very loud at night time on the weekend. For 2 nights it was manageable.

very easy. we were met on arrival once our time was confirmed. efficient. Refundable deposit was taken and was retuned without issue. Pictures are a true likeness and the apartment was clean and spacious for our family. Views of the sea outside each window were amazing! Waking up to a sea view! Mr Mohammed was very helpful. The owner was in contact the whole trip.

If you're not used to sleeping with traffic noise, it may be a little loud for you. We are used to sleeping in an apartment right on a major street in Cairo, so for us, it was quiet. But if you had come from the country, you may not be used to it. We didn't find it too loud for us to sleep.

Mohamed was very flexible about the arrival time. I had changed it multiple times as we weren't able to see all the places we wanted to see in Alexandria before checking in. So I kept pushing back the time. Once we set a time, I met him at Marvel (great pastries, by the way) and he showed us the apartment. The view was great and it was easily accessible by taxi. The kitchen has everything you would need to cook. Both bedrooms were nice and nicely decorated. It was a very lovely place. We only stayed 1 night as we were on a weekend away from Cairo. Next time we will stay longer.

The wonderful sea view from the wide windows. Excellent sunset views. Very bright, airy & spacious apartment. The rooms were well laid out with all needed equipment/facilities. Very comfortable place with convenience stores & supermarket nearby.

The place exceeds expectations. It's really great value for money. The flat is spotless clean and very cozy. Mr. Mohammed was very welcoming and attentive with an almost immediate response. The sofas and the mattresses are super comfy. Every single detail that you may need is available. The view is amazing from all rooms. Honestly the best flat in Alexandria I have ever rented. Will definitely be my choice every time I visit Alexandria.

- It would have been amazing if the 2 rooms had air-conditioning.

- Mohamed met and assisted us and was very helpful at all times. - The room was very clean when we received it. - All amenities we needed was there. Had a smart tv on all rooms. - Internet was good. - Beach view from the room. - Upon entering the building "which wasn't an eye candy" we were surprised with how lovely the apartment is. - Safe area.

Despite being at the 9th floor, street noise was extremely high. Only advise is to apply double glazed windows for the latter. Also one bathroom in an apartment that accommodates 4 residents is a challenge for families with kids.

Almost the perfect stay in Alexandria for its price. Despite minor negligible downsides, it still is an excellent option in all ways. Host is amazing. Parking is available for a reasonable price. Building access adequate.

The view is really amazing! The house is so clean, spatious, nice decor and it includes everything you might need. I preferred at some point to just stay in the house and enjoy the view. The host Mr Mohamed is very decent and helpful.

Beautiful & clean, and it looked exactly like the photos/video.  the view of the Mediterranean sea is astonishing. The apartment provides everything you need (even kitchen essentials).  the host was great. Overall, it was an amazing place to stay! I would highly recommend staying here.
