The hotel owner/manager was very helpful and went out of his way to serve all our needs. He made us feel special' private tour and custom meals. Served Gluten and dairy allergies. The location was perfect for early morning ballon ride.

We loved it! The location is amazing, the room was large and clean and the food is very good.I would like to thank the hotel owner, staff and the driver arranged by the hotel owner for taking care of us during our stay. We felt very safe and welcomed like being at home. We are planning another trip and would definitely stay here again. Egypt it beautiful!

Very good location if you want to visit The Valley of The Kings and many other historic landmarks. Sawed the owner of the Hotel toook good care of us helping us with transport to the historic sites, made sure we got back in time for breakfast and the out again to explore more. We also had dinner that was very good. There is a swimming pool at the Hotel, but we didn’t use. I Highly raccomend this Hotel.

The manager of the hotel, Sahid, was really incredible with us. He took us to the museum, he arranged my transport to the airport. He was in each detail, also we drank a tea with him and his little granddaughter! He will help you in every thing that he can. (The dinner was incredible)

I recently stayed at the New Memnon Hotel, and I have to say it was an exceptional experience! The owner is incredibly kind and caring, making sure every guest feels welcome and comfortable. The food they prepare is absolutely delicious, with a variety of flavorful dishes that really stood out. Additionally, the location is perfect for those planning hot air balloon rides, as it's conveniently close to the launch sites. In an superb location to visit all of the west bank sites this was a stand out hotel during our tour round Egypt. The owner, Said, went more than the extra mile to make sure our stay was relaxed and comfortable. He is very knowledgeable about the area and organised transport to the sites without being over pushy and at reasonable prices. The food was excellent (taste, choice and presentation), the rest of the staff attentive and helpful, the room overlooking the garden lovely and the swimming pool a marvellous break after visiting the sites. Very highly recommended

When we first checked in the room there was no electricity in the room so we had to wait for a while and it was really hot in Luxor.

The location of the hotel is very close to the hot air balloon and the Imperial Valley and Habu City, which made it convenient for us to go to the hot air balloon in the morning without having to get up too early, (we could also see some hot air balloons in the yard in the morning, just don't know how to get to the rooftop). The front desk staff is very patient and responsible, but also free to upgrade us to a garden view room, the hotel environment is very unique, surprisingly we ate the best local food in Luxor, recommended 👍

Wonderful experience in the New Memnon. We are 3 women visited Egypt for the first time. The owner of the hotel welcomed us as if we were at home. He made us feel like we were part of his family. A grandiose welcome like we had never had before. He organized all our activities for us and it was amazing. The food is excellent and the staff very kind. The room is clean as well. I highly recommend and I will definitely come back. Thank you very much for everything, we will remember our stay here.

This was by far the best place I stayed at during my two weeks in Egypt. The host and owner of the place was very kind, always worried about providing us the best experience. He not only organized us a safe and customized tour to Karnak and luxor temple as he also prepared us great traditional meals with a special early breakfast in the day we moved out. I highly recommend, very quiet and pleasant hotel, close to main attractions and with very nice staff. I will definitely go back

We liked everything

The whole property is super quiet, nice. The location of the hotel is just perfect, close to Valley of the kings, and just 30 minutes away from Luxor international airport. Situated in an authentic part of Egyptian countryside. The swimming pool is also great (clean, etc) and restaurant is also serving great food. The whole staff was very good too. It worth beyond 10 out of 10
