Situated directly on the Nile in a Nubian village, very relaxed and quiet away from the bustle of Aswan. Staff are helpful, kind and friendly. Great food! Accessed via a 20 min boat ride down the Nile from Aswan. Highly recommend!

We loved Nefertiti’s hotel. The location was perfect, close to downtown, Karnak temple (30 minute walk), Luxor temple (1 minute walk), and close to restaurants, taxis & transportation. The breakfast was great, they had made for you omelets made for you when you got to breakfast, and fresh fruit. The restaurant has beautiful views where you can even see the hot air balloons in the morning rising and the Luxor temple at all times. Great location, great food, and overall great experience. We also had lunch one day at the restaurant down stairs and loved it.

The wifi was not really working most of the time. The shower was a bit unpractical. There were a lot of people offering feluccas/taxi rides/coach rides standing in front of the hotel entrance, which was annoying.

The employees of the hotel were really nice and helpful. The breakfast was good, the views from the terrace spectacular. Nice location close to the train station, the Nile and the Luxor temple.

The location is great BUT weird people who can harass and hassle non stop might be unpleasant and they are waiting just in the hotel door so be careful , and don't expect someone to help me , ( there was taxi driver who kept stalking and following me until the hotel door and was waiting for me just outside ,i was scared and ask for help in the reception but he just ignored me ) so again please be careful in luxor!

The staff were so nice and helpful , specially the person who made my room and one man from the reception he was sooo cool and kind , he helped me a lot!! The other man at the reception was just doing his work ,, the location is perfect for me , just near the luxor temple , close to the nile , not far from karnak The view from the rooftop is amazing (it's a restaurant), but from the room it wasn't very nice, there were ruins, and it doesn't make you want to open the window.

Excellent friendly staff especially Akhmed, helping to organise good tours. Lovely historic room, great meal on rooftop balcony overlooking the Luxor Temple, and next to the market.

It was Excellent Location. Just 5 mins walking to Luxor Temple. Transportation and Guide provided by hotel was an Addon. The restraurant on the top was amazing

The room size was just perfect. The breakfast was wide spreaded and delicious. It is located on the roof of the building which is also a restaurant with exceptional meals to enjoy at lunch or in the evening. Also the hotel is located right next to the Luxor temple so the view is amazing.

The staff was really nice and friendly, except one person, I think is the manager of the restaurant of the rooftop. As far as I know, he fired someone that was very nice to us, with the pretext that ”He was bothering us”. It was actually a very nice guy, that helped me and my friend a lot, and I did not understand the reason behind firing him, but clearly he was excellent to us. That was a turnoff, after a very good vacation

The location is incredible! It is right in front of Luxor temple, and the view from the rooftop is breathtaking. The rooftop restaurant is beautiful, and it has great food.

We had the most fantastic stay at this family run hotel. The owners nephew (sorry I can’t remember your name) on reception a young man was so helpful and would go out of his way to make sure our stay was comfortable. Also the young lady on reception was amazing helping us with directions and any questions we had. The whole team at Nefertiti hotel were just the best. Do not let the scammers outside put you off! If you say no thanks and keep moving they will leave you alone. The location of this hotel is ideal opposite the Luxor temple and a 10 minute walk from the train station. The breakfast option - there’s just so much choice and it’s all delicious.

Excellent position for Luxor temple and the museums and very easy to reach Karnak. The staff were really helpful and friendly, the breakfast and dinner excellent and the rooftop restaurant has a great view towards the mountains on the west bank. Highly recommended!

The location was right in the heart of Luxor, with views of the Luxor Temple. The rooms were extremely clean, charming, and had everything you would need. The staff were very welcoming and ready to assist with anything you might need. The rooftop restaurant has tasty food with a wide variety of options, great views, and a nice breeze. I would definitely recommend staying here!
