Really old chairs in the balcony , loud noise because of the tram and the very crowded area may cause some people to be annoyed

Location is great the sea view is panoramic, Staff were very friendly specially Mr Basim , really good bed mattress , the bathroom water pressure also great, air conditioning is perfect good breakfast and the value for money is satisfying

You can't really see the nice seaview as the balcony has a tall wall, you have to be standing to enjoy the view. The bathroom needs some repairs. The room has a connecting door that made me a bit uncomfortable.

The hotel looked vintage and it felt that you went back my time. The breakfast was okay, but potions were small with no coffee. The staff were nice and respectful. The cafeteria has a nice view.

Breakfast was very bad as its was having only Egyptian dishes. Also the portion was not enough

The facilities were really poor .. even the complementary water is not offered, you have to buy your water , the WiFi internet is bad and the breakfast is average , finally some rooms air conditioning is very weak 😕😕

The noises from outside are so annoying so I needed to buy earplugs to sleep, The internet is extremely bad!!! Literally there is no internet connection They need to take care more of the hygiene at the kitchen Otherwise everything was perfect 👌

The Location , the breakfast is extraordinary, the internal restaurant is so beautiful and classy, the staff especially Mr Ahmed was very helpful and cooperative specially when paying the fees .

The Hotel itself has a nice lobby, but it is a bit hidden inside a building, which has a not very decent ground floor.

The hotel is in a very good location. It's on the main street and 5 minutes from the sea bay. Staffs are nice and patient. Breakfast good.

Electic will be cut off from 21:00 to 23:00. Hotel is on the ninth floor of the building, not easy to find. The view on the.balcony is perfect.

sugar-water fake orange juice, only 1 cup instant coffee for "free" breakfast, no water in room. Price was very expensive compared to my 7 other Alexandria hotels. Stairs to breakfast room (no elevator)

It's very noisy as the windows are so thin. Also it could be such a beautiful place if they just would keep it cleaner.. It's egypt I know. And for egypt it's probably clean. But I just find it so sad, that it could be a paradise and just because things are broken down, and dirty it kills the mood. But this is also a general comment for Alexandria as a city.

The bed frames are too old and they are covered with a bit old cloth surrounding the frame. The floor and carpet were not too clean. The bathroom tub and toilet cover need to be cleaner. It is more like a "pension" not a hotel, as it is a duplex in the ninth floor of a large building. I appretiate that the people working in tourism are struggling in this harsh economy, but the price is a bit expensive for the type of room. But overall it was a pleasent experience for my 1 night stay.

I felt like I was in one of Agatha Christie's old mystry movies, with the old authentic decorations in the lobby of the hotel and the room. The hotel has old-style Egyptian decoration and furnuture, with high cielings, wooden floors, wooden interior stairs, and renovated saloons, not everyone would appretiate that, for myself I loved it so much. The view from the room was stunning. Great location in the heart of the old city. The breakfast was great with large portions. The resturant has a great view and authentic Egyptian decorations. The staff were so nice and highly responsive. All "basic" needs in the bathroom are there : soap, shampoo, towels. The bed was comfortable though a bit narrow.
