Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

EgyptAlthough room is very small, bed size was ok and you get what you pay for. Wifi connectivy is mediocre, constantly running out and having to request another log in and password every 2 hours and the speeds are very slow, but Hotel managment have assured me that theres a current problem and they would be fixing it very soon. there are a couple of incovenient rules and guidelines that arent mentioned on this website but will be presented when checking in, but nothing deal breaking.
Rooms are very clean and smell nice too! Bed is very comfortable and AC is great. Good set of TV channels that will suit your needs when staying in the room. Great Rooftop cafetria with a wonderful view of Cairo.

United KingdomThe only thing which I didn't like was the WIFI. They did mention that it was due to the main provider which was facing issues. Hence if the internet is important, don't rely on the hotels wifi service.
My stay at the hotel was very good. The staff were very welcoming and helped to the best of their ability. My checkin was at 13:00 but I arrived many hours before (at around 07:00) and they still allowed me to enter my room without any additional charges.

GermanyDisgusting room, hygiene is zero, mold was found inside the fridge and the bathroom is so disgusting and made us vomited. We have been forced to stay in this room as the staff told us that there is no other room to offer and we were at midnight, so we had no option but to stay the night. First of all we got totally diffirent room than the one we saw in the photo, no king/queen beds, very cold as there was no isolations and the room itself was extremely noisy, the doors and windows are not isolating any street noises, it felt like literally sleeping in the street as we heared every single move outside the door and the windows, not to mention that the view was ugly and the balcony is again super dusty and dirty, there was trash in there, very disgusting place to be. Additionally, there was no internet (which we paid for) because they do not have usernames and password tickets to give to us, very radicals and we had to use our EU SIMs that costed us over 70 Euro in less than 3 hours. Also the hotel staff rejected to let us having our breakfast claiming that it was not included in the price which is a lie as it was stating clearly in Booking.com that the breakfast is included in the price. It was terrible experience in a terrible dirty disgusting and unhygienic room, it felt like staying in a one star gust house in a slum. We would never recommend it to anyone.

EgyptThey give me shitty room which was not visible of the hotel pictures i stay usual win single bed room but i never pay for staying in prison room which have no ventilation and small bed which not comfortable for adults and when i asked for other option they told me no option u can take ur money and leave so its not even respectful for foreigners who can be in serious situations could put them In trouble so i not recommending this hotel to anyone
