To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomA wedding took place on the pool. That made the hotel residents not able to stay on the pool, I believe that is wrong as I am paying this money for the room as well as the facilities. If such a thing took place they should have warned us.

Hotel is comfortable and decent location by the corniche. Restaurants were nice with good food and location. Specially Santorini Greek Restaurant great service and food, Thank you to housekeeping staff as well who were very courteous and helpful along with the concierge

IndiaThere was no hair dryer in the room and when we requested the house keeping to send one, it took them nearly 2 hours to just give a hair dryer which barely even worked. The noise from the main road is too much, you don’t get a good nights sleep at all. The rooms need a little renovation, everything seems really old.
The lady at the reception was kind enough to upgrade us to a sea facing room. The room was decent. The staff were very polite and sweet. The food was decent. It was a typical Hilton room, not much to expect.

Saudi ArabiaI let my room and went out of the hotel and when I came back I didn't find my hoodie in the room and I asked the housekeeping about it she said I don't know then I informed the receptionist about it and I didn't find it 🤔🤔🤔 That's the first time I faced something like that
