The only minor inconvenience was that the aircon did not work consistently, but I suppose when it is 112 degrees, most aircon wouldn’t.

The location cannot be beat! The view from our room’s private deck was unbelievable. The food was excellent and the service exceptional. Overall, it was an amazing stay and quite a value!

We had a problem with our sliding balcony door. The lock was broken. We were bit concerned about security at that point but their maintenance crew sorted it out.

The rooftop restaurant was AMAZING. Each morning we had an uninterrupted view of the Pyramids. And then in the evening we could watch the sun set over the pyramids. LOVED IT. This was our second visit to this hotel having done 3 nights here, then 4 in Luxor, then back here for our last night. Our room for this visit was huge - great view of pyramids - but no balcony. Our previous 3 nights the room was much smaller - quite tight - but with a balcony and view of pyramids.

It would have been 10/ 10 if not for that one same guy on the front desk who made things uncomfortable last time as well. Always trying to squeeze that last extra buck out of every exchange and quite rude in his customer service.

Of course the location and (almost all) the staff. Fabulous room upgrade. Wonderful food to watch the sound and light show. Excellent breakfast. Great guide (Samah) organised by the hotel.

A very good hotel in a fantastic location overlooking the Pyramids. The view from our balcony will stay in our memories forever. Friendly staff and good rooftop restaurant with great views as well.

It has the best location as it is first in line with an unobstructed view on the 3 pyramids. We had the room with the balcony with the view and it was wonderful waking up to the pyramid view from our balcony. They also have a rooftop restaurant where you can have your breakfast with the best view. It is less than 5 mins walk to the entrance where you visit the pyramids. It is better to stay here while visiting the pyramids before moving to a hotel in central Cairo as central cairo is 30 mins away. The staff is very welcoming. Mr Mohamed from the reception desk is very helpful and friendly. We arrived 2 hours before check in time and we were given an early check in.

Nothing to dislike

Great view from the rooftop, great staff also. Perfect place to stay in giza. The rooms are as in th pictures. Got sick on or second night (not the hotels fault) and the front desk attendant went beyond he’s way to send someone at the pharmacy and get us medicine. Very grateful for this

Wifi was not great in our room.

The staff were wonderful. Aladdin was very helpful and available regularly via whatsapp. The drivers arranged by the hotel to and from the airport were excellent. One of the drivers names was Ally - special shout out to him for giving us a quick guided tour and history lesson on our way to the airport! The rooftop has the most amazing view, and the restaurant staff were amazing. This is certainly the place to stay if you are wanting to visit the pyramids!

They say the parking is free of charge but it is not, you have to pay it because the parking lots available in the front of the hotel it is not theirs, seems to be a private parking. The good thing is that the parking is cheap 1 eur/day

Great location for Giza pyramids. Helpful staff and a lovely roof area. Felt safe and comfortable here as a solo female traveller. Used their airport pick up service and was all as expected. Good communication throughout.

Nit picking here. The sheets were quite worn and had gone a bit bobbly but everything else was spot on.

The view of the pyramids is 2nd to none! I paid a bit more for a room with the full view of the pyramids and I wasn’t disappointed. Waking up to those was incredible. However the view from the rooftop restaurant is also fantastic!

I booked here as it said it had a bar together with the amazing views. Along with many others I made the mistake of thinking bar meant alcohol. There is NO alcohol available. The restaurant food was not great and no local dishes available sadly. My main meal was cold and I was under pressure to leave a review there and then with the emphasis on that they read all reviews. Staff were really nice though and the view is fantastic.

Perfect location for pyramids and sphinx. They’ll arrange anything for you and the weak willed will struggle against sales process. The room is such good value that the main money must be from tours.
