I took a double bed room , there was no air-condition and it was very hot. Also the swimming pool and the toilet need more maintenance and cleanliness.

The place is in a quiet area , sound of birds all around in the morning, Kareem and his mother are really nice people.

The bidet in the toilet is a bit weird. I would remove it for hygiene.

Its great to have a garden with trees to sit in the shades. Also to have the option to eat with the house is great. Spacious dorm and women dorm only option. The breakfast for me was good. Their neighbourhood is the best I ve seen in whole Egypt. Good coffeeplaces around the corner and a nice cheap tramride away from the corniche.

The only thing is that there is no one for the night shift so they need to close the gates at 1 am. But I talked to them about that and they were very responsive.

The owners are really nice and they act as a family. The pool and rooms are very nice. The location is perfect only minutes for the bus station and minutes for the beach.. we didn't have to get any ride. The food is nice and it's home made.. I asked them to have fish for lunch for the next day and they have already done that in a very nice way. Every bed has a lamp on the top of it + an electrical outlet to recharge your mobile phone

The mattress wasn’t comfortable

I had a wonderful stay at this hostel! It was nice and cozy, with cool vibes and beautiful trees all around creating a peaceful atmosphere. The manager, Kareem, was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and welcoming place to stay.

Facilities made me feel like in a hotel but with hostel ambient; Big swimming pool, huge terrace to sit and chat, calm and green neighbourhood (something very unsual in Egypt). Karim and his mother -the owners- help and inform you very well (he has perfect English) There`s like a garden for breakfast and lunch, you can rest there also, or ping pong; an "office" to sit and work; It is a 3 floors "fortress" that Karim furbished for him to enjoy and work at the same time, And you stay in the public spaces, all the time under the shadows of big tress. It s like a maison converted into a hostel. After the mess of Cairo, I wanted to stay there and never go out again! His mother prepares excelent seafood and Karim is the person to get informed about the Egyptian societies (he can even compare as he lived in Germany). regards

It was such a pleasant stay! One of a few places where you can really feel at home. Huda and her son were very caring. The bed and the bathroom was clean and the hangout place at the roof and at the entrance is a good place to relax.

A beautiful space in Alexandria. Friendly staff always available. The price of the stay was really good. However, If you have some clothes to wash, expect to pay quite a lot for that.

The mattress is not back-supported and unhealthy at all I had a hard time falling asleep and woke up regularly due to shoulder and back pain The breakfast portion can be slightly bigger as you finish breakfast and you feel you are still hungry

The warm welcome from the owner Mr. Karim and the two girls at the reception Mariam & Nadine All bathrooms have showers and hot water in them, they are big enough and spotless. The price is soooo low compared to the value.

Nice big house (villa) with a swimming pool, small gym/workout stool/ computer work place with Good vibes. The location close to many restaurants and an ATM machine, but it was busy traffic though! Mr.Kareem the owner was very friendly and welcoming, he checked on me all the times I was there in case if I need any services. I enjoyed my stay over there and will do it again if I get a chance! Its too noisy as you barely see tourists there plenty egyptian making too much noise by the pool until at late at night. As i know i had breakfast inculuded in price they offer me food at dinner without telling me anything about payment when you leave they ask you alot of money be aware of that dont accept any food from them as u will be stolen i dont recomend this hostel to anyone

THE CLEANLINESS LEVEL IS UNDER GROUND.. they didn't clean the room not even once in 5 days .. the room is very small to take 6 beds.. they don't change the bed sheets for the upper beds .. the room has bad smell .. the bathrooms wasn't constantly cleaned .. the hallway and the stairs carpets were very dirty not like the photos at all the reviews are overrated.. The hostel is managed by Kareem and his mother The mother talks very badly about the residents behind their back .. she is in charge for making hot drinks she uses tab dirty water to make it .. Kareem is self hated.. he is very racist against Egyptians .. well if he doesn't like Egyptians he could just prevent them from booking his hostel and put "for foreigners only" sign .. unfortunately we couldn't cancel our reservation because the cancellation fees was higher than the reservation fees itself .. The cameras are everywhere so no one can take photos and rate without them knowing .. I can go on and on about how bad this place is especially for the price .. it's very overrated and I don't recommend it for anyone

The only one thing that was good is that I met other nice residents in this hostel .. but the staff was very rude and greedy..

The beds were not very good. Lockers were insufficient to store backpacks. The toilet was one of the dirtiest toilets I have ever seen. The tap was broken. The cleanliness of the shower area was inadequate.

Needs maintenance and workers to help Mrs. Huda and Mr. Kareem. It has so much potential but it is what it is for the value of the money I am paying I guess.

The old buildings and the retro aspect of it. It felt like an old beach town villa.
