Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The room is so comfortable and the staff are helpful. During our stay we had couples of issues with maintenance but the staff were extremely quick in fixing it

BulgariaLots of power cuts made this otherwise exceptional place less enjoyable. Their Wi-Fi was rejected by my phone as being extremely insecure, therefore unusable. The location of the hotel isn't ideal - while close to the Montaza Palace, it is surrounded by mountains of garbage and lots of stray animals. The floor below the reception was once a modern mall, which now appears fully abandoned.
Eastern Al Montazah was modern with comfortable, well-furnished rooms, a private pool, hidden away from passers-by, and an on-site restaurant. Their staff was very kind and professional!

Egypt- The hotel is strangely organised - Reception on the first floor, along with some bedrooms. Our bedrooms were on the 11th floor - The AC in our room didn't work properly - No safety railing on the balconies on the 11th floor, and there were chairs outside too. VERY dangerous.The 11th floor is VERY high up - It felt quite dusty in the room and I had a tight chest and husband was sneezing - TVs only have an English channel and Arabic language channels
- The beds were very comfy - The choice of food at breakfast was good and tasty - The restaurant food was fairly priced and tasted nice - The rooms were big - You could see the sea from our rooms - Close to some small shops and close-ish to Montaza and El Mamura - The swimming pool area was clean - The housekeeping staff were polite and the porters too - Bathrooms and showers were good - Underground parking is available at an extra cost, but felt secure - Tea and coffee facilities in the room - Fruit and drinks in the room on arrival

Egyptdoor from below garage which is not part of the hotel was closed after 10pm had to take luggage up the stairs all the way to my room, receptionist wasn’t nice when explaining that it’s not safe to keep it open, hotel is very clean and well furnished but surrounding neighborhood is bad.
Staff was very polite and pleasant during check out and was apologetic about all what went wrong, everyone is so cheerful and nice, facilities is clean and working properly, shower rooms are very good.
