Tiny elevator, and building entrance is not very clean, but if you get past that you will discover its awesome! Don’t judge a book by its cover!

Location- location-location…the view is SPECTACULAR. Room was very clean, has washer which I did not need, but kitchen and bathroom is new and modern. Has wifi- security cameras outside your door. Felt very safe here!

Too much noise and dirty neighborhood. Dogs barking almost non-stop all night. Fortunately, I requested and got a fan and that helped drown out the noise. Before that, it was very unbearable even with earplugs.

The location is a little bit off the beaten track. Also the building doesn't look very modern from the outside. However we felt safe.

The internet has limited range, it was slow if ur staying in the secondary room. The hallway outside was small so its a struggle if u have large multiple luggages.

The location was perfect, the view from every window was amazing, the apartment was clean and everything was working. I really liked how secure the place was. True value for money.

Only missing for 10/10: Due to things we had to change appartment.but staff was nice and made a big effort to provide good service to us all the time via WhatsApp. You have only one key which you also need to press the button in the elevator.

There are four Appartments. And they are all amazing. With washing machine. The view. The wifi works perfectly. Pretty Clean. Fridge. Very central. Very close to cozy streets and Souk. Beach is also close. Not the perfect Spot to swim ( more for fishing) but you could still go there. Much nicer is the water though after the library (try selsela cafe beach). Kitchen well equipped for breakfast and easy Cooking. Definitely recommend the Appartments!

The only bad thing is that once you are in the correct street there is no sign to say where the apartment is. Luckily the locals seem used to this and were very helpful

Best nights sleep I’ve had since being in Egypt - bed very comfortable and little outside noise. The apartment was clean and as a solo traveler it was great to escape to from a hotel room with the extra space. Everything worked perfectly including the washing machine and Netflix. Definitely recommend

Due for redecoration as paint is a bit tired really for such a lovely apartment.

Great view of the sea and castle from our 13th floor. Heating was great as winter. Washing machine also very useful.

Cons Our Uber driver found it very difficult to locate. The place is a bit tired, scuff marks on the walls, wiring exposed on one of the lights etc. It can get quite noisy, not an issue for us, but if you are a light sleeper, just beware.

Pros We were met by a fantastic property manager Mahmoud, who was friendly and extremely helpful and sent through great restaurant recommendations. The apartment is spacious and clean, and the view of the harbor is fantastic. Excellent internet.
