A very beautiful hotel with amazing staff. It is rare to really feel "at home" in a hotel. The staff in this hotel made me feel like that. Extremely polite and cheerful and helpful whenever possible. Likewise the restaurant food there was excellent. The chef knows his craft.

The staff was great and the house keeping was just perfect, the location is great in downtown Alex but the street is quite without any noise. The suit is big enough and super comfy. I will surely be coming back.

Incredible place! The room was huge, well it is an apartment basically. There was a living room which opened up to the balcony which was basically my own private rooftop terrace which looked over Alexandria. But most importantly are the staff, they were the friendliest people and even packed me a breakfast to take on my journey as I left super early!

You will have to pay taxes when checking in. Staff, you may warn in advance so there to avoid misunderstandings! Some issues about the wifi connection eventually solved by the staff.

Problem with getting the Wi-Fi password - it is written by hand on a piece of paper and I could not make out the inscription Power cuts from 3 to 5 pm o'clock everyday so you have to climb the stairs to the 10th floor, but apparently this happens throughout the city...

We arrived at the hotel early and wanted to check in early and go to the hotel, but we could only leave our bags but could not go to our room.

First of all, I would like to thank the person who took care of us at the reception for his kindness, friendliness and calmness. We had to leave the hotel very early and he had our breakfast prepared for us early and someone helped us with tea and coffee in the morning and we were very pleased. The hotel is clean, the sheets are clean and the toiletries are ok and it's pretty good to get this service for this price in a place like Alexandria.

The breakfasts were substantial, both Egyptian and Continental. They were boring after a while, as they lacked variety. No choice of fresh fruit juices, no cereal, yoghurt, or fresh fruit. The entrance was very unimpressive, and badly lit. Not well enough divided from the area used by the public. The swimming pool was not available.

The location,great views over the archeological park, and a short walk from the amazing new Greco- Roman Museum. The hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful, and informative. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Large bedroom and balcony in the junior suite. Room service was prompt and efficient with a good menu.

Every single thing view, location and staff.

10 out of 10 is not enough, I would rate the hotel 15 out of 10 over exceeded my expectation. Room is clean and on very great condition. All what you need is there and working. Regarding the view, i can't describe it how beautiful it is, you must see it yourself, the balcony has it is own sitting area for two peoples with table and swing. Internet is a bit slow, but I guess that is normal.

Professionalism and flexibility of the staff and the hotel in general. Cleanliness and high standard of the rooms. From the balcony you have a view of the sea. The balcony was huge in the suite I had. Such a beautiful experience.

Very well located in central Alexandria, close to good restaurants and cafés. Spacious apartment, kind accomodating staff, very clean and well serviced. Easy 5 min wlak from the train station. Great view of the roman ruins from the bedroom and the breakfast area.

At times I had to use the staircase to the hotel entrance when the lift wasn't working and it wasn't very clean. I also had issues with WiFi and water pressure. However, the staff were always ready to solve these issues or provide alternative arrangements.
