I recently stayed at Ben Ben Hotel for three nights and had an excellent experience. The accommodation was comfortable, the service was outstanding, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. The staff were exceptional and we loved our stay. Situated on the island, it is a peaceful and relaxing time while still being convenient to Philae temple, t the airport and Aswan. The room was comfortable and clean, food was delightful, and enjoyed the sunrise/sunset.

Beautiful secluded hotel close to Philae temple, the staff was really friendly and it had a good restaurant. It was the perfect place to unwind after a day discovering the Aswan sites. Loved having a pool all to ourselves.

Wonderful place, evwrything was perfect. They are punctual. They picked up us at midnight at the airport and they had everything organized. Is a beautiful place near to Philae temple. Every room had a great jacuzzi.

Shower drain did not drain well. No alcohol. No option to checkout late.

Beautiful hotel architecture and unique location on Lake Nasser. Breathtaking views. Clifftop hotel views. Private Jacuzzi. AC works well. Super friendly and accommodating staff. Menu offers great selection of food and drinks. Very relaxing vibe.

The cost to Philae Temple from the hotel boat is $30 US. This is very unfair price. The cost to go from the dock is $4 US.

Maybe only the space is a bit small. I could advice to offer a blanked on the bed, lighter, that permit to use the air conditioner less strong. Also something to preserve the privacy of your room, because from balcony, you and your neighbour could watch inside yours rooms. We didn't use the external jacuzzi, both because the weather in August is too hot and because water was a bit dirty.

location is amazing. On a cliff in the middle of Nilo with a wonderful view over Philae's temple. The view is the special thing of the room (not all room have it). Good breakfast and dinner. You can use the free taxi boat 24h, but honestly it's hard that after a day tour you would like to eat in Aswan than hotel, so I advice to stay in resort due the good restaurant inside. Thanks for our stay.

We couldn’t believe this wasn’t a 5+ star hotel! From the complimentary boat transfer to the tuktuk ride up to our room, the staff team were all incredibly thoughtful and kind - ensuring we had an unforgettable stay. Our bags were kindly brought across without us having to worry and the food on site was also fantastic - not to mention the private pool overlooking the temple and the Nile. Amazing setting to take in the heritage, culture and peace of the land. Easily one of our favourite stays we’ve ever had the pleasure of experiencing. The team even helped us organise a takeaway breakfast and transfer at 4am to make sure we make it on time to our flight. We wouldn’t hesitate to return next time we are in Egypt. Thank you for a lovely time 🙏🏾

We spent almost a week here and loved it! The staff are all really wonderful to interact with every day. The coffee and food are delicious. The cleaning service is great and one day gave us the best laugh with a towel-created crocodile eating the TV remote. It’s an amazing place for a relaxing romantic getaway. And being so close to access the Temple at Philae was incredible! We could show up at 7am and have the place practically to ourselves for 20 minutes. Super easy to schedule water taxis with 10-15 minutes notice. Easy to coordinate with outside tour companies. Lastly, the air conditioning. During our stay the outside temperatures were around 115 F / 46 C. We did not expect the AC to keep up with it but it did so long as we kept the drapes closed during the time when the sun was directly hitting the glass sliding doors. We highly value being cool enough to sleep well at night and we slept well here! We highly recommend staying here!

We paid $50 for late check out, other hotels in Egypt didn’t make us pay for late check out. I understand though hotels have different policies, so we were grateful to have the space as flights leave late from Aswan.

I loved everything about this hotel, the staff were amazing and so helpful. Everyone was always ready to assist. The restaurant was very affordable with Egyptian cuisine. We loved this hotel and the view from the room and the splash pool.

It's a minor issue because everything went well in the end but on the last day, despite having booked the boat in the reception for 7AM (for we had a plane to take), we had to wait until 7h20 or so because the person who was operating the boat refused to depart as he was waiting for a group of 6 people who were enjoying breakfast in complete relaxation mode. We and another passenger stressed out a bit with this as we had a taxi waiting for us at the pier and didn't know what would expect us at the airport

The staff were slow or unresponsive when we called for things from our room. On one occasion they said they would come in five minutes and we waited more than half an hour. On another occasion they didn't come at all. There were no chairs in the room, so it was difficult to find a cool (air-conditioned) place to sit in the summer. The only option was to sit in the restaurant.

The whole place is beautiful and peaceful. The food was delicious. The spa was beautiful, well set up, and I received a good treatment. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and considerate in checking in and in the restaurant.
