Room is overused especially that the bathroom looks too old and I wasn't so lucky the hot water, it's not stable alternating on/off several times during the shower..

Body care and manicure shops contain the worst unqualified staff please take this as an official complaint. The kids playground is destroyed outdoors. The gym is so small. , Mini sweet rooms need to be maintained

The reception staff were very dismissive at first, provided no guidance/map of the city, told me to ‘google’ locations to visit. Once arriving to our on they gave us a twin bed room, when I requested and paid for a double bed. Bathroom was in extremely terrible state. Requested for room change which was give an hour or so later. The building in itself is beautiful from outside but the hotel rooms themselves need some care

Floor carpet is very dirty even after informing they didn’t clean. Towels in washroom are with very poor quantities, color has changed to dark. It’s terrible to see it in 5 star hotel.

Big campus with many restaurants, pools, sports zone, masjid and cinema along with beautiful park with golf carts facilities.

The staff is extremely rude. They will not pick the reception's phone, literally never. We had to call 12+ times for a call (everytime). We asked to extent our stay for 1 more night, and the reception denied and told us we had to make a new reservation online! (While we were already staying at the hotel!) - The bathroom needs a very good renovation! - You will have a problem with the towels, as everytime they clean, they take them back. You will be lucky if they leave you a towel after cleaning. We had to call everyday...

I loved the spacious gardens, the pool, even the room except from the bathroom.

Quality of service: no towels the 1st day, had to 1/ call reception, 2/ call laundry 30min later, 3/ ask the cleaner 45min later. 1h30 to get towels. The 2nd day, no towels again and I asked the cleaner directly. We also asked for an iron and it took an hour (while in 2 other hotels in Egypt we got it after 5min).

A spacious room in a very big hotel complex including a big pool, beautiful garden etc. Felt like a relief/peaceful moment after visiting crowded Cairo.

Reception staff don't follow their colleagues agreement. My elderly mother and siblings stayed same hotel in suite and it was agreed for late check out at 2pm night before. On the day were forced to check out by 12 noon and had to shift to my room. I wouldn't call that a good customer service. I would recommend management to place a chair in the room than sitting on the bed.

The decor was great, staff friendly and breakfast was good. The night receptionist Yousuf was very friendly and professional. Very good guy and always smiling. Tries to exceed customer expectations. My thank to him.
