Everything was perfect

Everything about this hotel was great. Big room, comfortable bed, huge bathroom. Special mention of the housekeeping staff who was amazing with the little details in the room which makes all the difference. The check in staff were super friendly and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable on arrival. The gym was perfect and was a main reason I chose this hotel. Walking distance about 15 mins to old town. And 10-15 mins in a taxi from the airport The hotel is surrounded by great restaurants including Hàrg.

It has great staff and a beautiful location. We got a room with a sea view on the 21th floor. Amazing. The pool, sauna, and spa are great. The 30th-floor restaurant is highly recommended.

There was stuff left behind from previous customer in our room when we arrived. When I complaint we were moved straight away to a better room, big respect for this. They also were really polite and sorry for this to happend. One thing that our kids were missing was ability to broadcast netflix etc. from their phone; this should be pretty basic nowadays in hotels.

Room was very spacious. Bed really wide and comfy. Breakfast was really good; omelettes made by order, coffee served on the table, plenty of fresh vegetables and fruits, staff was super polite and picked up the plate straight away. Spa was quite small but still enough. In the lobby there was also small cafe where was fresh pastries and almost all were glutein free, extra points for this!

There is nothing I can think about that I didn't like.

Decent sized room, very clean, big shower, stunning view over the city, top quality shower gel, close to old city. What's not to like?

Compared to some other high-end places to stay, this felt slighty overpriced. Good quality, but value for money could better.

Great view over Tallinn towards Lake Ülemiste. Room was spacious, bathroom as well. Very nice restaurant upstairs with great views - great atmosphere and service there. No big issues.

I couldn't figure out how to switch off the ventilator. I learned next morning how to do it. It would have been nice if some instructions were available in the room.

Nice view from my room (14th floor); superb breakfast with great service. Practical location: close to central bus station and close to city centre (both in walking distance).

Hard cheap bed mattress. The hotel reception staff, which was always very courteous and professional informed me as I mentioned it while checking out that they have mattress toppers at request. I think the hotel management should simply invest in quality mattresses rather than cheap-out. Also, some of the built-in furniture showed signs of wear and tear as well as abuse. The room has no A/C, only fan and heater. It can get warm in the afternoon. The fan system can be loud in medium and high speed setting.

It's a nice hotel, but not quite five stars. Great view especially from the restaurant at the top floor. It's not too far from historic downtown, just a 15-20 minute walk to the old townhall. The breakfast was quite good.

Didn't know that the spa wasn't included in our stay, but it didn't matter in the end as we were busy exploring the city.

Great room with amazing view. Aircon worked well, bed was big and comfortable, towels were nice and soft, shampoo, conditioner and other necessities available in the bathroom. Everything went smoothly. We did not take breakfast, so cannot comment on that.

Except for the location, I have no complaints. But a hotel this big can't be in the heart of the old town I guess.

Very good hotel and very good value. Breakfast is nice and has a variety of selections. Staff is kind and helpful. Also all the facilities are on par with what you expect from a 5 star hotel. Overall a quite satisfying experience.
