Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The view from the room was excellent. The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly. Really enjoyed the gym and spa. Had a massage that was lovely. Also requested to extend my checkout until later because of a later flight and was accommodated. The restaurant at the top of the hotel was incredible.

Everything was perfect. Very friendly personel, nice and comfortable room, great views, delicious breakfast and a quiet Spa area. We came here for 2 nights for our wedding. We were offered a room upgrade and there was also a delicious suprise waiting for us in the room. We really appreciated the suprise! Thank you all the Swissotel personel for making us feel great in your hotel on our special day!

Quick and efficient check-in being upgraded to a room with a magnificent sea view from the 12th floor. Room was very spacious, extremely comfortable and clean. Breakfast was superb, with varied and very fresh products. Horison bar/restaurant on the 30th floor is an absolute must go, particularly for dinner/drinks at sunset time - reservation recommended as places are scarce and demand is very high. Cocktails were great and meal options are very good. Check-out very efficient as well. Bus stops from/to airport (bus number 2 or 15) currently located just in front of the hotel.
