Corridor of the floor was smelling bad, the carpet had a lot of stains which might be making that smell, good if the carpet gets replaced soon. Cleanliness of the room was perfect. Nothing to complain there. I wish if the breakfast buffet had a bigger variety too.

Hotel is located in the center of the city which is very nice. Having a spa is good for a relaxing stay. Either you can buy a ticket to the common spa for a small fee of 15eur per person or you can book a room which has a private sauna for yourself. Lunch and dinner is available to order if you want which makes your stay more convenient. Staff were very nice and helpful too.

Pretty big but underwhelming rooms for the price, although clean they are kinda empty. Mattresses were bad.

The hotel is situated exceptionally well, really close to the border and to the train station, a couple of shops nearby. The redeeming factor is the delicious breakfast.

1/ The room key (room 2010) did not work and I had to ask administrator to open my door each time! :( 2/ No air conditioning, only a fan was available 3/ Lots of blood-eating mosquitos in the room; luckily I had a fumigator with me 4/ Many guests and only a few tables in the breakfast room 5/ Sauna facilities not included in the package 6/ Finally, a bit pricy option for Narva.

Can't say I did not like, the room was indeed good. The only was there was no aircondition, so had to open windows which gave a bit noise from a road. To precise, I think it is not stated they had, so it is OK when I know what I buy.

Missed a kettle in the room with some tea or coffee but as I assume it is not to this star standard. Breakfast could have a little bit more choice, but that always have some room for improvement.

I liked the shower infrastructure, space in the room, friendly and helpful personnel. The room was clean and the hotell provided a baby be for us and all help required with our baby.

The young lady at reception, so sorry I cannot remember her name, is extremely welcoming. What a smile! The hotel has a full spa with sauna and jacuzzi which two of our party enjoyed using. Breakfast was varied and very good, and is served in a very comfortable and spacious room on the ground floor. The rooms were very comfortable. Location is perfect for visiting the beautiful esplanade and parks.

Nice location middle of Narva, walking strip not far at all. Breakfast was plenty of options to choose from, also you can park for free in front of the hotel. Rooms are decent but could use a little renovations. Extra bed is as iffy as it could be, boards jumped out when my 5 year old slept there :). Given the price point, its a good option for the money.
