Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

BulgariaSoundproofing was the only notable issue, in particular I could hear footsteps from the apartment upstairs. The tub in the bathroom is really tall and a bit tough to get into (and I'm not the shortest person). It took me some time to figure out how to operate the balcony door, and it wasn't very straightforward - wish there were instructions inside the apartment for that.
The apartment was very spacious and impeccably clean, with everything I needed for a few days' stay. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The property is within a short walk from the city center, although you'll need to cross a busy street on your way there.

The apartment is same as the photo, and there is a lift, it makes us much easier for our baggage. We like the setting of the apartment, very cost and practical, and also the kitchen, there are all you need to cook in the kitchen, and a washing machine also, you can buy a washing capsule at the reception at €1 The location of the spa is perfect, couples minutes walk to the old city, there is a big shopping center with a big supermarket just 3 minutes walk at the end of the street. Not like other individual apartment, there is a reception opens 11:00-17:00, which she will help you if you need something. It is the best apartment we’ve ever stayed, very good value, a home away home, I have no hesitation to recommend it if you visit Tallin.

United KingdomWe found the flat a little stuffy. The windows did fully open, but when we all showered, we found it became very humid very quickly. It was hot and if you had the windows open overnight it was noisy from the street below.
The flat was beautifully decorated and there was lots of space for storage. Fully equipped and the first time I've ever found a hairdryer with a diffuser in a holiday let! Brilliant attention to detail.

PortugalThe worst part was the 8 stairs in the entranceway before you got to the elevator; this was not mentioned in the description. This was very difficult with luggage and a torn foot ligament.
Clean place. Staff came in and removed garbage daily and changed towels every other day. Someone at the front desk daily for check-in, check out and issues. Lots of shelving and space to put your stuff. Comfortable bed; although a top sheet would be nice (the duvet was too hot). Location is a 15 minute walk to historic center, 5 minute walk to shopping mall with a large grocery store and 5 minute walk to bus stops. No air conditioning, just a fan, but it was cool weather the week I was there. No fault of the establishment, but the upstairs people were extremely noisy every morning from 7 to 9 - it sounded like a lot of people running around, jumping and dragging furniture. I did mention it and the staff said they would speak to the upstairs people and it mildly subsided.
