Nothing, I like everything in this hotel

Very tasty breakfast, which is also beautifully served. The sea and a beautiful beach are next to the hotel. The room is beautifully decorated. The balcony is big enough to enjoy the views and relax. When the weather is nice, it's wonderful to enjoy your vacation by the hotel's tiny pool, which is located in the courtyard sheltered from the winds.

House keeping was a dissapointment, beds were not made and toilet paper nor coffee was stocked up. Service in general was quite rude. Electric car charger was not working. We were left with a feeling that everything is of extra charge (spa, electric car charging etc), when such fees should definitely be included in the room price (already quite high) for a guest to feel welcomed. Beach area was super noisy until late at night, perhaps because they showed euro football matches on a big screen next to the hotel until midnight.

The spa and pool area was spectacular, it was the highlight of our trip! A map of the spa premises would have been informative on the website and on the premises, as the difference between the silent spa and pool area is difficult to understand based on the website info. For a first timer it was also difficult to navigate in the spa premises without a map. Spa journey instructions at silent spa were informative, though. We understood only after departure that e.g. the jacuzzi and steam bath were part of the pool area included in the room price. Both restaurants were nice, breakfast good and location on the beach very central.

It was advertised that parkng was free, but when we got there we were told that since it was now 'the season' the parking was no longer free. The booking details should reflect this change.

The breakfast had a huge variety...something for everyone. The hotel is well located for easy walks to the beach and the old town so you don't need to move your car. There was a huge selection of spa treatments and there was a free sauna and pool if you wanted to use them. They also have a great selection of wines.

Hotel rooms aren’t in the historic building. Room was a bit over-priced. Need to pay extra for the hot pools. After we’d reserved the room they changed it to charge for parking.

Uncomfortable pillows, too big or too small. Sharp, uneven tiles in the children's pool in the spa area, damaging the swimsuit. Unfortunately, rather average spa services, very disinterested staff.

Great hotel, spacious rooms, tasty breakfast, comfortable beds. Spa area is small but nice.

Spa area feels a little tired. There is paint peeling off the walls in some areas as well as cracks in some of the walls. Guests have to pay an extra €28 per person to access some areas of the spa, which we didn’t feel was worth it.

Everything was very clean and comfortable, staff were very accommodating and the free spa facilities are good. The rooms we stayed in felt modern and were a good size for two guests. Rituals toiletries are also provided to guests for use during their stay. There was a large selection of different foods to accommodate all sorts of diets at breakfast, including vegetarian and gluten free.

Salt pool area seemed a little shabby.

Spa was very nice. Water was warm, saunas were great. Breakfast had many different and very good options. Superior room was spacious and comfy.

The spa was a bit disappointing as there was very little of everything. And for the extra cost, we wouldn't say it's worth it. And it's not cheap. However, spending an hour in the sauna and sitting in the jacuzzi is fine.

We really liked the hotel, I think that in the summer it’s just wonderful there, since the hotel is located right on the seashore. We were delighted with the breakfast, everything was there, breakfast 10/10.

The spa experience could be done more enjoyable with more daybeds. Also, during check in the staff should offer and explain more the quiet spa meaning.

The restaurants were open quite long, the staff was friendly, the food was amazing.

Compared to previous stay, we were staying in freshly renovated room which was great, felt comfy and warm. Room included everything that was needed. Bathroom also was perfect, shampoo and other stuff was from Rituals brand and not some regular, it felt great to have some well-known brand to wash with. As we visited at the middle of the week, it felt like it was a private SPA. Breakfast was nice, with lots of options, also including champagne. Great bonus was that coffee machine offered also OAT Milk, which was great to have. As previous time I picked room with sea view and the sea was not see-able due to dune being in front I did not see the need to book one with significantly higher price and in this case I picked the regular one.
