I liked most things of the flat. A couple of kitchen cloths would be useful Also, owner provides 2 numbers to contact them, but when you do over Whatsapp they never replied, so I had to contact them via Booking. Time to start using whatsapp please.

The flat was cute, and good. Centrally located, comfortable, clean, kitchen, good bathroom, TV. All good. Location is good, just about 10 mins to the centre and another 15 mins to the bus station. WIFI was good.

Entrance to the building is not in the main avenue, but to the side. The mini fridge was dirty and the bathroom door could not be closed. There were already mosquitoes in the room when I arrived. At night an alarm sounded in the whole building without further explanation.

Mattress was dirty with stains, no mattress protector and two single sheets instead of a double exposing the mattress during sleep. No space to put the clothes as no wardrobe or shelves. The kettle was full of residue inside so we didn’t use it. Only one hook for 4 towels in the bathroom

We missed any sort of towel or wipe in the kitchen, one of the curtains mechanisms was broken, so we had to find a way to fix it open ourselves, but those are minor details easy to fix :) Ah, also if you're travelling by car and are not ready to pay a fortune for parking in the street nearby, you might need to leave it in a parking 10-15 min away (on foot).

The beds are very comfortable, good location, quiet neighborhood, the host quickly offers solution if any problem occurs. The room was spacious enough for the three of us, there's also a wardrobe to hang your clothes, an armchair to read, some tea and coffee for breakfast.

The place wasn't sparkling clean, but clean enough for two bachelors. My friend minded the A/C unit making noise, I actually preferred it whirring.

The place has a most wonderful value proposition. It is in a very quiet neighborhood. I slept like a baby. It's a shortish walk to Vanalinn and the center, and there's great cafés within a few blocks. Good size fridge and decent enough utensils to cook something if you are so inclined. The faculty people were quick to resolve and compensate a little hiccup that the apartment developed during our stay. Would stay again!!

the bed sheets were too tiny. every morning we would wake up on the mattress itself because the bedsheets are not fitted in any way. proper bedsheets are such a tiny issue that would improve this place tenfold!

The room was a bit smaller than it looked in the photos. Also, there wasn't a mirror in the room, it made it harder for me to get ready. Overall it was still a comfortable place to stay.

The location was great. The host was friendly and helpful. She helped me to carry my luggage upstairs. She also allowed me to stay for a few extra hours because she said there wasn't another booking straight after my stay. That was very helpful because my hotel check-in was at 15:00, it made my day much easier. Thank you, Berta.

Mirror outside the room, no sink in the bathroom, but also sink in the kitchen is a proper idea.

The room is nicely decorated, warm, has heating, good lighting, a secure lock and a quiet, peaceful area very close to downtown.

I found the apartment dirty after the checking time (see pictures), I had to come back 3 hours later, also the blankets, sheets and the bed had stains. I wouldn't stay here if I go back to Tallin one day.

It was not the first time we found the right door to the building, the navigator led us to the main entrance, where the entrance to the courtyard was limited by a gate from which we did not know the code. But if you go around the building from the other side, you will get into the courtyard, where the necessary front door is located

Great location 15 minutes walk to Old Town and 20 minutes walk to Bus station. Our little room had everything you need for a short stay. The room was clean and had a charming character with good atmosphere

To collect the property keys on arrival was extremely difficult. Before you can reach the safety box which contain the keys, you have to go through the garden gate, if it is closed, you cannot get the keys. The information email on how can I get the keys was quite unclear, and it did not mention how can I open the garden gate. When I experienced this hardness, I called the host, and she immediately helped, so the trouble vanished.

We would have liked to arrive later that night, but were told we had to be there by 21:30 (contrary to what booking says: 14:00 - 24:00) The building is one of the old wooden houses and pretty run-down. The woman that handed us the keys only spoke Estonian, no English, so we had to make do with sign language. The place wasn't really clean. The bathroom door didn't close. The toilet is really narrow. The toilet seat was loose. We had to search for replacement toilet paper in a cupboard in the hallway. There's no shelve or even a mirror in the bathroom.The hallway was so stuffed with other things that we couldn't even completely open the door to our room. There were no regular knives in the kitchenette. The bed had two sheets half the size of the bed joined together which didn't keep in place. Probably the only reason they could charge 98 € per night was the Rammstein concert in Tallinn which took place the day after we arrived. I mean, for 98 € you can get a decent hotel room including breakfast in most cities. We paid less in midtown Manhattan...

Location is good. Kaupmehe is a quiet street 10 minutes walk from the city center.

I feel like minor improves could be made without a big investment, like, for example, putting a full length mirror (or even a simple mirror) in the bedroom or offering a city map (which is free at the tourist centre).

The flat is very nice, warm and cosy. The neighborhood is quiet and I heard absolutely no noises during the night. The host let me checkout 2 hours later, which was highly appreciated. Overall a great experience.

We expected a small studio and as very flexible people, we still felt quite uncomfortable in the appartment. What bothered us was the lack of equipments (could use some little mirror and some kind of shelf or little stand or something to put your things on (there is bed and 2 chairs+table, nothing else), so we just put our stuff on the floor and some magazine, since it wasnt clean enough on the floor, unfortunatelly). The mattres (the big one, after that there is a small one) was really dirty-some kind of blood drops or something else. Really disturbing...just buy a big mattress with elastic cornest and cover it, at least. The bathroon, despite that there is no sink, was clean, and hairdryer was available to use as well, but the kitchen is a story to itself. 2 forks, 6 little spoons, one big spoon, 2 knives for cutting. I mean, ok to use, but just really random. There is a kettle for boiling water for coffee and tea, but it is full of limestone, we tried to clean it with lemons and toothpaste, but it.was still just so dirty..so we just use the only pot. I wouldnt hurt to have a smaller pot. In the pan, there was still some oil from the previous meal, left... frisge and microwave, no words for.that, really dirry and smelly, so we cleaned that and put some lemons inside.to get rid of the small. All in all it feels like.this appaetment needs just a few updates that wouldnt cost much, but would be very appreciated by future gusts. It is ok for a day or two, but we stayed the whole week and other than coffee and some eggs, you need to be a little more creative to cook.
