Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Shout out especially to the desk as they were always very friendly to greet! The room had everything you need for a city break - the price is very good for the location!

FinlandI had room 2, which is a sort of luxury room or junior suite. I have stayed earlier in "normal" one person room and I liked that one better! The lux room is faced to the street which apparently is a spot for local youth to have some sort of party at night so there was a lot of noise at both nights. The room's bathroom had quite weird shape and that would be alright or even nice but the sink was uselessly small. Please make it bigger or get at least a higher tap! Now it was hard to was hands and quite impossible to wash face with it. Normal rooms have a better bathroom. There were two light in the bathroom and the other one was dark. I am sorry I didn't report this to reception but hope you'll fix it. I am definitely coming again if there is availability in times of my travel but I'll pick a normal room.
The room was big and very tidy. The location is near to "everything" and staff is very friendly. Breakfast was alright. The view was nice.

The room was quite large and cozy had everything I needed, was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable and the location amazing. From this hotel you can reach the center and airport pretty easily. The staff are very helpful and you are well looked after.

Good hotel at the price point with very friendly staff. Great location in the Old Town and it is a very convenient walk to all of the nearby bars, restaurants, and to generally explore the Old City. I would stay here again.
