Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Italy- We stayed 1 night in a room at the rear side. The room itself was ok but you see just a great wall few meters from your window and we could not sleep because (it was saturday night) of a bum-bum-bum all night long (at least till 5 a.m. then we asked to change and on the front side and it was ok, you have a view of the city and it was quiet. - Mattress too soft
- Great position, just inside the wall, at 100m from the main square of the old town - Nice room with city view, if you are at the front side of the hotel - Breakfast is just ok (but nothing more)

The hotel is in an excellent location. We had a very large room with sauna and sofa. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom. The staff are friendly and professional. The breakfast was very good, lots of choice and great coffee.

United StatesMy room was on the 3rd floor above the entrance to the hotel, and there was one ashtray on each side of the entrance. When people would smoke, the smoke comes up and into my room when the windows are open.

LatviaThe staff was so cold and bleak that we were afraid that they are in deep mourning about lost colleague or something. Not a single smile or usual welcoming attitude as we experienced in Estonia before.
Excellent location- the hotel is right in the heart of the old town. Good, spacious facilities, great breakfast choices.

MexicoTaxis are not allowed to go inside old town therefore you have to walk a bit with your luggage. Estonians are not that friendly.
Recepcionist was veey nice to give me a free upgrade since they put me in the wrong room first. The breakfast is delicious and location is amazing.

SloveniaAll the positive emotions from staying at the hotel were spoiled by the taxi driver, which was called from the reception. The driver was openly rude, refused to speak English. Without our consent, he set a fixed price for the trip from the hotel to the airport in the amount of 14 euros, which is several times higher than the usual price. The taxi service is called Forus (takso 248 reg. 071NVZ). I kept the payment receipt as proof.
