The hotel is located in a very nice and quiet area. Next to the water and nice to wake up to nature just outside of your window, The room was clean and had plenty of space for the whole family of 4.

The hotel needs renovation. Little floods in the bathroom everytime when using shower.

Balcony not very much separated from each other, therefore neighbors see and listen to each other, more privacy would be better.

The location is good, near the city and by the sea. The beach is some hundred meters to the other side of the cape. If you want a patio ask for the ground level room. The second floor rooms are ok too, but they have a balcony instead of a patio.

The was no a/c or forced ventilation, no possibility to leave door open for natural ventilation because it opened onto a busy pathway. No window tilt mechanism option either. Breakfast, variety at buffet was just sufficient but scrambled eggs was finished by 40 minutes from opening and no prospect of more. Other eggs were cold.

The room was outdated. That did not upset me though. There was a loud group of people drinking on the balcony above us, we couldn’t enjoy the beautiful view and due to the party continuing inside we couldn’t sleep either.

Absolutely outdated hotel - I'm not affraid of old buldings, in good hands they have the soul and atmosphere, if you know what I mean, but this in not that case. Old, uncomfortable, run-down hotel. No conditioner, no freezer, nothing you would expect in a normal (I do not use word 'good') hotel. The door to the terrace can be open or closed, no other options - and this is super amazing thing - the terrace is one for all, there are only low borders between the rooms. So, you will find yourself in between two options - to sleep with closed door without a conditioner in summer where there is +30 outside and +35 inside. Or you can open the door to the terrace (if you want to have some air), and all your neighbours can visit you at night by just stepping over a 50-centimetre partition. But maybe you like unexpected guests. :) The breakfast.. Just in case, I'm not complaining, just describing my impressions. So. You will get a drink called coffee from the big thermos. Оatmeal porridge seems is only one possible option to eat something. Then there will be offered 1 type of cheese (withered), and 1 type of bacon to make a sandwich. Then 1 type of underbaked scones and dried baked eggs. Don't take sausages, they have to be buried. The watermelon was already rotten, but you can have pear as an alternative. :) And yes, the room is called The Restorane. Sad, really, the place of missed opportunities.

There is only one good thing in this hotel - the view. If this will be enough for you - book the room, and don't say later that you were not aware about disadvantages (see below).

The place is looking a bit tired and could do with an update, tidy up, lick of paint or renovation. this was the most expensive hotel we visited during our short trip around Estonia and, perhaps, the most disappointing. We had requested an upstairs room but were happy enough with the down stairs room provided, until guests moved in upstairs - the floors appear to be very thin. Having said that, big ups to the staff, who were wonderful
