Can't fault the place.

Great location in the old part of the city. Beautiful old building, great facilities and wonderful staff. The included breakfast was excellent. For dinner I opted to walk to one of the many wonderful restaurants nearby. If I ever get back to the country, I'll stay right here.

It is a beautiful colonial house with few exclusive rooms that meet all expectations. It has a superb breakfast a la carte and a convenient swimming pool (small but cosy). The Hotel Manager Ramón really makes a difference. He is super friendly, gives many tips to visit the old center and is always available to support during your stay. Additionally, the staff working there is very helpful and make an effort to make you feel comfortable. Highly recommended!!!

It's not a smoke free space and one of the quests was smoking adjacent to the breakfast patio - oh well.

Perfectly located on a quieter street in the colonial zone, easy walking distance to everything we wanted to see. Our room in the back was quiet, the bed/linens were very comfortable, and we appreciated the welcome snacks and cold beverages in the fridge. Ramon gave us some great recommendations regarding restaurants, we even got to the Chinese market on Sunday morning!

Everything! I stayed with my husband and the facilities were so beautiful, a colonial house very good located in downtown. They gave us information about the city, good recommendations on restaurants and bars. They helped us by giving us more time to check out so we could have a bath before going to the airport. The breakfast was marvelous!! Very good food with a very good taste! I loved it. The people so kind and nice! I definitely will come back! Finally they helped us by booking a taxi driver for us to the airport with drinks to go (water, it was great for the heat)

For a smaller hotel, there really wasn't much to fault. Perhaps a mosquito screen on the window so you can leave it open at night rather than only using aircon in a closed room would be appreciated by some other guests as well.

The staff were fantastic. The welcome package in the room was also a really nice touch. The breakfast also needs a mention, cooked fresh to order it was authentic and delicious.

Nothing to be honest.

A must in Santo Domingo. The property is absolutely without a fault, with clean and cozy rooms. We were in the room with the terrace overlooking the street, and loved it there. But even more important than the property itself is the staff! Everyone we had any interactions with was extremely kind and helpful. And Ramon was a perfect host, attending to us the whole stay. It's safe to say he goes above and beyond for his guests. From arranging the transfer from the airport, through the welcome package in the room, accommodating breakfast requests, to helping us with renting a car. If we are ever back in Santo Domingo, we have no doubt about coming back here!

Beautiful hotel with cosy, comfortable and clean rooms. We had the chance to have a lovely terrace. The breakfast was delicious and freshly made in front of us. The staff is amazing, kind, friendly and attentive. The hotel is close to the main attractions and in a safe area. We had an excellent stay! Thank you for everything.
