Excellent! Good room with all necessary. Great location, very close to the beach, having close structure with restaurants, markets, etc, and easy to arrive from the airport. Breakfast is a nice plus Fior was great! She supported us to make our staying the as comfortable as possible and giving all information for our trip plan, transportation, and places to visit. Always very polite and supportive.

I was asked to pay 10 percent extra for using credit card to make the payment, which came as a surprise after I booked. This should be made clear right at the time of booking .

TV was small with few options in English. It was very positive all around , but if I had anything negative about the property it is maybe he should fix the sidewalk in the back it shouldn’t be so difficult to walk around on.

Nothing it's as described and good value for the area

Close to everything and the owners were very nice! You can book the day trips with them for 55dollars which is cheaper than online and it was very good. The entertainment over NY was very good too they had good singers and DJ! Service was a bit slow but it was a busy time so I understand....room is small but was perfect as we weren't in there much of the time! Pool is tiny didn't use it as beach close by is lovely

Overpriced in comparison to other lodging in the same zone. The room was basic and didn't have a view, the place is a few minutes walk from the beach, the pool is tiny (maybe for 3 people) and it doesn't have its own beach or amenities. It's not bad, but should not cost as much as it does

Owners and staff were great, the space outside is lovely for socializing and playing pool, hearing some music, having a drink. Feels relaxed and homey. Great food, including vegetarian and Polish options!

We came here the first two nights of our 2 weeks trip in DR and came back for the two lasts nights. Staff very friendly and the owners were very helpful. Giving a lot of advices, always there for us, even helped us to clean our car for the car rental. The food is really good and there are menu for vegetarian. As the owner used to say “my burgers are big, this ain’t McDonald’s”. A very cool place a would highly recommend.

We had booked an airport pick-up with the hotel through booking.com messages, but this did not meet us. A TUI rep at the airport came to our rescue and organised a taxi, but even that driver had difficulty finding the hotel. For a first night in DR, it did not feel too safe - we were advised not to open the door to anyone!

The staff were friendly and helpful once we arrived, and our room was spacious. They helped us with getting transport to APTPRA bus station the next day. The breakfast was cooked to order - good omelettes! We did not explore the area, as we were heading on to Santo Domingo.

The showerhead was almost useless in room 3. To get the sand off my body, I had to duck under the lower tap.

The staff. They were so kind, helpful, and thoughtful. The food was awesome, I got a Polish dish and omelette breakfast. The location is a moment's stroll from the beach. The room was clean and pleasant.

In general, this is an average hotel, with some issues that probably won’t affect your stay. Major issues are related to the city itself, being expensive and with few options to visit besides the beach. For the prices you find here there are better options such as Acapulco, Cartagena or even Miami. At least in these cities beaches are public.

It’s a good place to stay for a couple of days. The rooms are very comfortable and it’s near the beach. Breakfast is included which makes it a very good option.

It isn't that I didn't like anything. Sometimes the staff weren't as people friendly as one would expect. Something on the grounds attracted sand fleas or jejenes. Overall, in a sea of mega resorts, these are really small issues.

It was super clean and the breakfast was outstanding. The location, with one of the few through roads to the beach, couldn't be beat. It was also very quiet at night.

We were not aware that the water for the shower gets heated by the sun, meaning in the morning and evening there is no warm water.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. They helped us book the tours and activities for our stay. The breakfast was nice too. Good quantities and wide variety. The hotel is located a few meters from the beach. The rooms were really big, with a nice big balcony. The air conditioning worked well.

The poor service, there’s not a reception so you have to keep calling or waiting or asking for the owners to appear. It can take long and when they appear they pretty much take their time without realising it. Your contact ppl are the ones from the restaurant that can’t do much if you need something. The loud noise from resorts nearby, even the noise from this place itself since we were on the ground floor right next to the restaurant in the backyard. If you are in the ground floor it can be hell because you get the loud noises from every corner.

Very close to the beach and other nice restaurants from the area. They were friendly enough to give us sandwiches for breakfast because we were leaving early.

The refrigerator is too small without any room for our stuff. The bed was a bit small. The shower head was old and blocked throwing water to every ditection. Came out to be more expensive than we expected even paid with cash.

The location, the garden with the bar/restaurant, the parking inside the property. The owners and the staff are very nice people.
