We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United StatesThe rooms were dirty, air conditioning didn’t work, property smelled like a backed up sewer, had a live roach in my bed, bathroom had vomit on the toilet seat and on the back of the door, so the bathroom smelled like vomit. When the maintenance guy came to check the air conditioner, he checked to make sure the patio door was closed & left.
Some of the pools were nice but some weren’t the cleanest. The steakhouse was good.

United StatesThe rooms need a upgrade, I had to be changed into another room as the first room had a smell and the sheets also had a mildew smell. The second room the AC was leaking out drips down the walls and I had to use towels on the floor, the towels were also old and the sheets. After the second room change I just stayed with the room. The towels for the pool they always ran out. They should have microwaves in the rooms so that food can be reheated for later.
I love that the property was by the beach. The staff were very welcoming, super helpful and friendly. It was my birthday vacation and the staff made it special and memorable. The variety of food choices were good and the landscaping on the property was beautiful.

United StatesSometimes after the room was cleaned, there was a weird smell, like maybe a dirty mop was used. Also, the ice machine closest to my room was broken, which was quite the inconvenience since it’s the middle of the summer.
Beautiful resort! So many activities and a plethora of food options. The Steakhouse was exceptional and the other restaurants were excellent as well. The staff was super friendly.
