Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe water was salty. TV was suck .I couldn't watch YouTube channels and other apps. They only to give option to search through TV antenna with the worst images of old-school channels
The area was very good( beach, restaurant and other attractions. ) The pool on the roof was good. I had fun with the outdoors. My main concerns are the TV and the water condition in the units. The ac was little bit noisy some time, but I was ok with it.

GreeceIt was the worst stay in a hotel in my life..Iv travel around the world but these rooms there are the worst that I have seen..the room was so dirty,disgusting….the fridge never work…the water on the destroyed shower was always cold….the bed was destroyed in the one side…they price on booking was 355 euro but when I pay they charge me 388 euro…All the people there they are professors in stealing you…the photos that they show on booking are fake…If you want to save your vacations never go to these rooms….stay away from this disgusting hotel and better stay away from this country..Everywhere layers and thief’s…I have photos down shown all…

United StatesThe room wasn’t cleaned property. And more importantly the staff was terrible. Terrible customer service. I came for vacation and they almost ruined my vacation. I don’t recommend anybody go to this hotel. When I came back the next day to return the key it was some other customers who told me they went through the same things that I was experiencing. They also told me that their room was dirty and their tv didn’t work.
I didn’t like anything. Everything was terrible. Worst experience of my life. The room was dirty. The staff wasn’t there to check in. When I asked for a refund the staff wouldn’t return my money. I booked for 3 nights. I only stayed in there for 2 hours. When I came back the next morning I asked for a refund and they told me no. The man at the front desk was very disrespectful to me and my friends. Then I returned the key a few hours after I checked in and they wouldn’t give the key back or the money. That’s a place I wouldn’t even let my dog stay there.
