The only thing I would change is that the air conditioner kept making a noise, not unbearable, but for someone with sleep disorders, might prove challenging.

Awesome location close to bars, museums, plazas and many monuments. The space is a cozy building with lots of seating around the patio. Room was comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. The breakfast was great. There's a bar/restaurant in the same building, with excellent drinks and food.

The breakfast was pretty good, the coffee was very good. The staff were mostly pretty friendly and helpful, but I would say the breakfast was a little basic. Toast, eggs, fruit and we didn't like any of the fruit juice we tried. But the quality was good and definitely enough of a meal to get you through your morning activities.

This hotel is in the heart of the Zona Colonial, very near all of the main attractions that run from the Plaza Colón along the Ozama river past the fort and all the way to the Plaza Hispanidad. You will find plenty of shops and eateries on the same street and within a few blocks of the hotel. The room was clean, the A/C unit very new and the patio with balconies had a very colonial feel. The room decor and layout also evoked colonial times. If you want something modern, then this wouldn't be the place, but we felt it was an authentic boutique hotel. The bar / restaurant was lively on the weekends and the Peruvian cuisine was great.

Lack of vegetarian options. A lot of noise as workers were doing something on the 3rd floor. Even though the hotel is more leisure they should have a small room prepared in case someone needs to work.

Our room was upstairs, and doesn't have elevator, so my husband had to carry our luggage himself, nobody at the hotel ask if he needed any help (I wasn't with him). Additionally, the hotel entrance is very small, making it difficult to move in and out when there are many people at the reception.

The room basically has no windows and the A/C dind't work properly. Receptionist didn't seem to speak English.

The morning before my check out, I couldn’t use the shower because they were working on some reparations so there was no water available. I asked about it and they said it was a fast fix, but it took at least until my check out time at noon

Well, at breakfast we were more than 30 minutes just for coffee and eggs as of Matter of fact they serve meals before the coffee, we have asked several times about our coffee, no sure if they have a problem with the personnel that day.

The supposed free breakfast is only scrambled eggs. I would suggest they remove that feature from their rooms if they're not going to offer a wider variety of breakfasts.

The room was very small and dated, bathroom wasn’t very cleaned nor comfortable, hot water was a problem. Breakfast is very limited. They offered nothing typical from the island. No soy, almond or vegetable milk available.

Had a torrential flood in our bedroom ceiling in the middle of the night. Were moved to another room. No apologies or concern offered at any time. Front desk staff exhibit complete indifference (unlike the service in the bar...which was consistently EXCELLENT).

Excellent location for exploring the Colonial zone. Beautiful hotel ambiance. The food and service in the bar was excellent....visited there several times.
