They have to focus on the bathrooms in the private rooms since they touched me differently and in both the showers were not working properly and that is not good for the host, also in the cleaning and dust of the rooms since I had. Spider web and we don't like that all.

The place has a very cool vibes and makes you feel disconnected from everything, it has a lot of peace and very friendly people working in it and that makes the place very interesting and cozy.

It was pretty hot in the dorm. I had chosen the one without air conditioner. But it is so hot in the city. They did have individual fans for each bed, which was nice. The bathrooms would get extremely hot as well. Maybe if they have a fan over there or an exhaust that would be helpful.

I really liked the staff. They were so helpful and answered all my questions and went above and beyond in giving me advice. They were so helpful. I really appreciate them. The reason why I booked a hostel for a night was because I needed guidance about renting a car and how I should go about it, and their input was really helpful. I went over my itinerary with them as well. Very welcoming people. They give excellent breakfast in the morning. It is walking distance to the main areas. There is a place to dry clothes if anyone wants to. nice comfortable beds.

The smaller dorms were like furnaces with close to no windows/sunlight. Fans above each bed had to be turned on 24/7 and with 4 of them in the room created a lot of noise and a soar throat after a few nights in the draft/wind. Would go for a bigger dorm with french balcony and full windows next time.

Great location, really nice common areas with a backyard with pool, an on-site bar and a lounge area with TV. Included breakfast with pancakes and scrambled eggs every morning.

The water pressure in the showers was very weak sometimes and it was a bit uncomfortable to take a good shower, the Wifi was good in the common areas but at least in my room the network was not very stable.

Perfectly located in zona colonial the hostel has a very good vibe, all the other guests, people working there and the volunteers were very cool. I only spent few days there but in general I liked the common areas, and I was surprised by the breakfast which was really good and always good start of the day. I was lucky to have A/C inside the room even if this one was only activated at night. I liked the fact that there were a lot of restaurants, and a very good coffee place just a street away from the hostel.

1 big problem: most of the times hot water is not available. The AC is only activated by the staff, not by customers. Bathroom can be cleaner. The WIFI is bad from my room.

The location was excellent, the staff was very helpful. The kitchen is an outdoor area where we could have breakfast.

Could get a bit loud in the patio till quite late, no hot water (unless I didn't understand how the shower knob worked) but not a major issue.

Our 8 bed dorm was tiny, there was not enough room for 8 peoples lugagge. Also, we were put in a dorm with some of the volunteers and the room was quite messy with a lot of stuff everywhere, like that it felt even more cramped.

There’s a tree with some fruits (similar to small coconuts) which can be extremely dangerous when falling. It happened 5 times in one evening.

The free breakfast is a nice bonus. The location is very handy for touristy things and restaurants/bars. The dorm was quite warm, even though it was December, but there are personal fans and lights for each bunk bed, which is great

Breakfast was simple, but acceptable for that money. Coffee was THE BEST I HAD All holiday long !!!!! The location was SÓ beautifully, stylish and nicely built, set up with a great Colombian-ish (at least Latin-American) ambiance. Great location also. Everything was easily reached by foot !
